This should definitely be used an intended, but it could definitely replace your energy drink during the day if you needed it to. I definitely recommend if you've never used a pre-workout enhancement supplement before, to start with their 1/2 scoop portion as your first full dose to start off as even the half dose causes the 'tingles'. I've tended to move more toward tingle free formulas, but this will get you through your workout or run with extra energy and focus. Taste is solid, I chose the sour gummy flavour and it holds up as a repeat flavour of choice. Bonus points: I really enjoy the packaging and the Bioperine as an added ingredient I find helps curb my appetite if you're on a weight decrease program.

So obviously there are better preworkouts out there however this one is 30 servings for 40 bucks. The formula used is solid for the price point and definitely will increase your performance in the gym. However there seems to be two different batches as far as flavor goes. Sometimes the tub I get will taste better than Bucked Ups rocket pop and is very smooth. Other times the flavor is a little more muted and has what feels like a burn on the way down. When the flavor is spot on i would say 5 stars but when i get that one off tasting tub i would say 3.5 stars. Not a total turn off but knowing what it is supposed to taste like i would like it to be like that every time. All around a solid choice though.

I've been using it for a few weeks. It's been great as far as Preworkout's go. They aren't kidding. Basically every gym sesh has been 2 hours + cardio. It's a nice rising energy. You get the strength, you get the focus. It'd honestly be 5/5 but.. the flavor I got; superhero. Well it tastes like vomit. No other way to put it. Makes me shudder to have to get it down. I've gotta mix it with my creatine blend to make it palatable.I'll probably go for Total war again, but definitely another flavor.

Great pwo, hate the flavor (personally)
19 October 2021

I bought Total War off the shelf at my base exchange. I wasn’t crazy about the profile, but had been wanting to buy from Red Con for a long time. I love what their company does for the military and military members (like Eddie) and their values. The only two stocked were Sour Gummy Bear and ā€œTiger’s Blood.ā€ Unsure about SGB, I got Tiger’s Blood not knowing what it was. I wish they just would have called it ā€œPina Colada,ā€ because as far as I can tell that’s what it is. I hate Pina Colada. Love the pwo, but hate the flavor. Sadly, the exchange doesn’t have the same return policy as GNC so I can’t swap out. Will buy again! …Just not Tiger’s Blood (unless you enjoy Pina Coladas…then go for it).

Amazing as other Redcone1 flawors. Most important are ingredients. It is EXACTLY what gives you crazy pump and focus and doses are where they should be. This guys aren’t stingy and amount on the label is what is inside for sure.Reason I am using total war and all other Redcone1 supps for years now is CONSISTENCY! No bad batch! First scoop hit the same as last, protein flavors are the same always and they mix perfectly, other supps just work, they do the job. Why would you look elsewhere?I got bunch of apparel too and I can same the same - prime quality.Try this company and you gonna be very satisfied. They know where is at. ā˜šŸ»

Total War Pineapple
18 March 2023

This review is on the flavor and NOT the product. The product is hands down 4-5 for your baseline pre to stack with. The flavor, pineapple, is okay. I love tropical flavors - Pineapple is a favorite and hard to find a good flavor in powder form. Flavor is there but a little bland and a little too sweet. (I like a more citrusy tart or sour twist, and don’t eat sugar myself so things normally taste sweeter to me.) Adding lemon or lime juice or stacking it with another product really does the trick though! Another great combo (if you want a great pineapple taste, pumps and shred) is mix half total war with half double tap (both pineapple flavor) and add lemon calm and lime packets.

Total War Pre is Brilliant
29 November 2022

This preworkout gives you everything that your average gym goer who is looking to perform at peak levels needs. It absolutely rips. I personally just tried it for the first time a little over a month ago, and I think it is one of the best preworkouts I’ve ever used. Energy levels are definitely heightened, focus is locked in, and your pump is immense. I also think there is like a ā€œpeppery kickā€ in the beginning almost a little kick of spice if you will. That gets me fired up. I recommend this preworkout if you’re looking to lock in and get a nice pump. Also it doesn’t make you itch like some of the other preworkouts that are out there.

if you been workout for a while n looking for something to help your gains . this is not it . c4 ultimate n lit is better then this . n those are beginner brands . this stuff has a horrible crash about 45 minutes into ur workout . it’s very hard on the stomach also . make me feel sick i honestly think it spikes ur blood sugar and dumps you 45 minutes later which cause low blood sugar and if already have a somewhat empty stomach going to the gym , this is a horrible feelin. i tired it for three days cuz i didn’t want to waste $40 . but i can’t anymore . it also make my head fuzzy which is also a sign of low blood sugars .
