Suitability:It seems to be original and coming from an official red-con product distributer.Performance:Been using it for a week or so. Total War is a high stim pre-workout, this means that it does not improve focus nor improve pumps in your workout. However, this can be really helpful if you feel tired or if you are sleep deprived on your training days. One scoop will provide you with energy and keep you awake through out your workout. However, if you plan to train with more focus and better pumps, then I recommend other pre-workouts.Basically, you get what you buy for, which is Total War Pre-workout.

Best Preworkout that Works For Me

Total War is always my go to preworkout and I cannot talk it up enough at the gym. I drink it on the way to the gym with about 6oz of water. It blends so smooth and has no bitter taste whatsoever. Whatever flavor I get from them, I know it’s going to be so so good and it makes my drive to the gym. For me, it gives me tingles that fuel my boost I need. I don’t feel like spiders are crawling up me or that I’m gonna bust through the wall. It helps me lift heavy when I need to. It makes me feel warm, but I’m not sweating to death 30 minutes after taking it. It’s a preworkout I highly recommend to anyone.

Best for endurance athletes

I don't have a lot of experience with preworkout. Redcon1 had a promotion when I last made a big purchase and I received a free sample. While I'm sure a lot of people really benefit from this blend, I would prefer something that toned down the energy/caffeine but kept all the other ingredients the same. It tastes fine and is better than other energy drinks I've tried. It's just overkill for me and my 45 minute workouts. If I were going to do a triathlon or go running with a group it would probably be perfect. My workouts are just too short to really take advantage of it's effects.

Great product. I consume it 30 minutes prior to exercise and I notice the difference. It gives you the energy that you need to excel in your workout. Like most of the pre-workouts, it gives you a little bit of itching, but nothing too serious.The only thing is that mine didn't come with the spoon, so I had to use my creatine spoon. Less plastic is good, but this is my first time buying this product, so I needed that spoon.Maybe in the future, you can choose whether you want a spoon or not, since you will have several from previous purchases. I would really appreciate if you take this into consideration.

Have not been let down so far

I always am on the look out for new pre workout because I never want myself to become dependent on a particular product. I have to say that Total War is a pleasant surprise. I love the fact that they put on the label what is actually in their products and not a “matrix”. This way I know what I am actually taking. Second, their product blends so smoothly. No clumps or anything. Lastly the taste. No medicine taste. Love that. I will definitely try different flavors but this product has been a 10/10 for me.

Nice little pre-workout

Definitely works. Even on days I’m tired and don’t feel like working out, I feel that it gives me the extra energy I need to power through a workout. I bought this and also got a water bottle and small gym bag to go with it. Unfortunately the water bottle broke the first time I dropped it. However, RedCon was awesome and sent me a shaker cup do to them not stocking the water bottles anymore. As for the gym bad, it seems like a good quality. I can definitely see myself using it for more besides just going to the gym.

Fruit punch. It's okay. Definitely tastes like fruit punch, but has a somewhat bitter aftertaste to it, which is odd to me. Not off-putting, I'll still happily drink it, but just something to keep in mind.I've only tried half scooping it. Maybe a tad more than half, at times (160-200mg caffeine). That's been plenty for me. I get into the gym and have been crushing it. Pushing myself to hit higher weights and realizing I've had more in the tank than I realized.I'm happy with this purchase.

honestly so trash. flavor is disgusting (I got tropical punch at a vitamin shoppe). first time taking I did a full scoop and got the tingles SO bad and was so nauseous. but 1/2 a scoop or 1/4 scoop does absolutely nothing. energy lasts for what feels like 5 minutes and then its gone (when not a full scoop). So I literally have zero benefit from taking this. If you're looking for pure energy c4 is WAY more effective, efficient, valuable, more affordable, AND tastes better. Also this does nothing for my body. I wish I could return but it's been more than 30 days so vitamin shoppe won't take it back.
