I just bought a new charger yesterday. When I first plugged it in, it stayed on Super Fast Charging mode (indicated by the blue circle) for exactly 1 minute, showing 188%, and then it automatically turned off.I followed the manual’s instructions to hold down the button for 3 seconds, and it switched to Normal Fast Charging mode (green circle), which worked fine. However, I bought this charger specifically for the Super Fast Charging feature, so I’d like it to consistently stay in that mode.Could you provide any additional instructions or advice from the manual to help me keep it in Super Fast Charging mode?

Charges up super quick, nice and compact to carry around, and the built-in USB-C cable means I don’t have to mess around with extra cords when I’m out. I’ve got an iPhone 15 Pro and a MacBook Pro 13—works a treat with both!
I keep my laptop cord plugged into the in/out port, so I can easily top up my laptop each day and recharge the battery pack without ever having to take it out of my bag. Awesome
