Best Rolling Tool Storage Solution On The Market!!

Amazing product! Very solid and durable construction. Well executed organization, can tell there was a good amount of R&D put into the manufacturing of this rolling tool bag. Upgraded from a far inferior husky rolling bag. The difference is like night and day. Toughbuilt makes some quality products!

Definitely worth the money

Like the ability for organization of tools. Handle and wheels nice and sturdy. Only downfall i feel is the lid doesnt have the ability to stay open with being held in place. But honestly feel thats a mood point. Construction and durability seems top notch. Also like the rail to clip on accessories

Toughbuilt stands really on their own in the market with this product at this price point. As an apprentice Electrician responsible to carry a fair amount of personal tools onto different job sites daily, this is really the perfect option, as it is sealable, easy to access, and big enough to carry my primary tools in my belt and my secondary tools in the built in slots. It is also not too big that it is cumbersome or takes up more room than necessary. (it fills up nice, you can use all the available room).I drop my belt into the middle of the bag and can zip everything up and not worry about loosing tools, as the open bag that I had used, tipped over, as all bags will, during transport on someone else's rig. As we all know, on a site, or in a messy rig, when a tool is gone, it usually is gone forever. The tick tester here and a combo driver there that you have to replace, can be saved from using this bag. It wont save your crimpers when you drop them into three feet of insulation into someones attic, but it will take the pit in your stomach away when your journeyman tasks a corner going fast and you hear everything in their rig stuffle around, knowing that your open bag is now a open air swap meet.Apprentice life is challenging enough, so if you have the cash I recommend getting this bag so you can zip up your stuff and take one varitable out of your day. Also the roller is very nice when you have your lunch, thermos, jacket, and what else you are carrying with you. You can strap yourstuff down on the top of it.Its look is minimal and good, not super flashy, I like that, because I don't like unwanted attention on my tools, on a site, or in my personal vehicle if you don't take your tools inside your house each night. As a bonus, the clip tech integration is great. If you currently use, or are shopping their clip belts, you can clip from your belt to the front of the bag, super convenient. The clip tech is a good way, as I am finding out, of getting your belt dialed in as you start doing all aspects of inside electrical. You DON'T have to use the clip tech stuff for the bag to be worth it, it is worth it without the clipping options. I would recommend the journeyman, or master journeyman clip belt. The only clip that Lowe's currently offers, the "Electrican" is smaller than what you will probably need.

Sturdy rolling bag

I got this bag at Lowe’s to match my Toughbuilt belt with ClipTech pouches. I am a commercial electrician but I chose not to get the modular plastic boxes like the QBrick brand or Milwaukee Packout, because hauling them up 6 flights of stairs or through a roof hatch would be problematic. The bag has big all terrain wheels and two handles. Also a bar for the ClipTech pouches. Loads of pockets. At first, I bought the 18” version for $99, but after bringing it home and looking at it, I deemed it too small for my needs and returned it for this larger 20” version for $129. Look at the pictures attached to see how much you can fill it with. I’m happy with this purchase, now it’s up to the craftsmanship of Touggbuilt to prove its durability. I’ll try to update this review ... MoreI got this bag at Lowe’s to match my Toughbuilt belt with ClipTech pouches. Toughbuilt Massive Mouth bag is my go to bag for Plein Air Painting.
4 January 2023

So happy to have upgraded to this bag. I can fit a 17 inch wide, 5 inch deep palette box, a brush roll, an easel tripod, a tripod for palette, a folding high stool from Walmart, umbrella, and all the tools for plein air paint outs. I even have room for a lunch bag and my laptop, and ipad!! I'm going to customize and make a clip on for the bag front bar, and make this the best it can be. Super excited!! I had an older red bag version, and have used that for over ten years hauling art supplies, books, tools while teaching at a magnet arts fine art class for over twenty years. The old bags zipper placement did not allow for as much vertical stuffing into the bag. This new version with the zipper opening to the back, not center is a game changer. UPDATE to 1/10/22 review
8 April 2022

This is a 4-month update to my review posted on 1/10/22. It would be nice if we could comment on existing reviews to provide long-term updates, but the Lowe's website seems to have disabled that feature for regular users for some reason.I am downgrading my previous rating of 4/5 stars to 3/5. The reason for this downgrade is that after 4 months of very light use, the hardware which fastens the plastic handle to the extendable metal arms has broken. When I got home last night, I noticed a small piece of hardware rolling across the floor. I picked it up and found that it had fallen out of the Toughbuilt tool bag's handle. The cap of the bolt had apparent sheared off, so the main part of the hardware simply fell out. When I got home last night, I noticed a small piece of hardware rolling across the floor. I picked it up and found that it had fallen out of the Toughbuilt tool bag's handle. The cap of the bolt had apparent sheared off, so the main part of the hardware simply fell out. I figured I'd check the remaining bolts in the handle to see if they were loose, and I found that the second bolt on the same side of the handle had also sheared off and was ready to fall out. Clearly there is a manufacturing defect with one of the most important parts of this product (the main handle). I should mention that I am *extremely* gentle with my tools and equipment, so it's not like the bag was subjected to any form of abuse. Unfortunately, Toughbuilt used specialized hardware in this location that simply isn't durable enough. I also discovered that you only get the "lifetime warranty" if you register the product online within 30 days of purchase, which I didn't know to do. Frustrating. I try to find something that will fit in this location from the hardware store. Otherwise, the bag has been doing well over the past 4 months, but this is a pretty major flaw that needs to be re-engineered.

Make no mistake, this is a high-quality, well-built rolling tool bag. I would give it 5/5 stars, but there are a few things about it that knock it down to 4/5 stars for me.First, let's talk about what is good. I use it mostly to do auto mechanics, so I am dragging it around between my home and my shop space on a regular basis. The size is plenty adequate for me to carry just about anything I'd need to work on a car. Overall construction seems very good, and I really like how wide the lid opens up and that it can be strapped to the extendable pull handle to stay open during use. The exterior pockets, key clip, and strap for attaching rolls of tape are very useful.Next, let's talk about some areas where it could be improved. The exterior pockets, key clip, and strap for attaching rolls of tape are very useful.Next, let's talk about some areas where it could be improved. The first thing I'm not a big fan of is the super aggressive tread on the wheels. I don't know why Toughbuilt felt it was necessary to bolt monster truck tires to this thing, but they did. As a result, the wheels hum loudly over all surfaces just like a pickup truck with mud-bogger tires hums loudly going down the highway. I plan to replace them with smooth, quiet rolling wheels. A feature that is missing but would be nice to have is handles on the sides to help with picking it up. Yes, you can use the fabric straps on the top, but I find it easier to pick up objects this big and heavy using side handles rather than top straps. The last feature that is missing but would be nice to have is more pockets on the inside of the front wall. It's just a blank wall, so to not put any sort of tool storage options in that location is a missed opportunity, IMO. I ended up taking the divider wall with pockets & loops from my Husky tool bag and putting it into the Toughbuilt to keep my wrenches neatly organized. On the whole, this is an exceptionally nice rolling tool bag. It's nicer than anything I've seen from any other brand, and I would 100% buy it again.

Very sturdy. Well made. Enough pockets. Deep. Sturdy and tall handle. Wheels are large enough to roll over small obstacles. Top is large enough to stack other large items (secondary tool bag, etc) for toting around.

Worth the money, very solidly built

I love this bag! It’s built extremely well, tough, durable, solid feeling. Having the entire top flip up and open is very cool. So many pockets available to fit all of my hand tools. I have this bag loaded to probably about 75 lbs, and it feels SOLID. Love the rolling luggage type handle also, super convenient. The accessory clip on pouches are a very cool touch.
