Simple but effective. Fumbled around with hammers for years getting them stuck in trouser loops in the wrong place or in a bulky toolbelt. Should have bought one years ago. Perfect fit on my regular leather trouser belt and as yet not found a problem with its use.

Simple but effective. Fumbled around with hammers for years getting them stuck in trouser loops in the wrong place or in a bulky toolbelt. Should have bought one years ago. Perfect fit on my regular leather trouser belt and as yet not found a problem with its use.

I am a carpenter and absolutely love this stuff. I dont always need every tool so my huge nail belt is cumbersome especially on ladders scaffolding etc. I have the tape pouch and this hammer holder and can get by without a belt most of the time, with cargo pants and riggers belt on. Not traditional but way more comfortable than a full belt
Seems well built and sturdy and as of yet I haven't broken it (only time will tell!) The gate is wide enough to accommodate any hammer (a bit too wide infact, as my estwing slides around all over the place! and my 8oz ballpien will drop straight through!) You could potentially carry a sledgehammer if you were inclined!! And for some strange reason, best known to themselves, they have decided to include a velcro strap to hold a power cable! Not an extra I ever needed!! But despite me dissing these issues, it remains a decent holster! So yes, I would recommend it!
Toughbuilt equipment is such a fantastic quality equipment that it's worth paying more because their equipment will last you a lifetime in my opinion so what's the point in buying new every few 2 to 4 years replacing broken equipment that you may use everyday for several different jobs. This toolbelt set up is absolutely incredible because they have a pouch for any job or occasion and because it is a clip on clip off system and they also make a wall brace that you can keep all the different systems on your tool belt on it so it's never too heavy and you know you have the right tools around your waiste all the time
Great little loop. Good strong clip and good size loop to fit all hammers. This was an addition to my growing collection of Toughbuilt belt pouches.
