As others have stated, the yellow color is more neon and not at all pastel as advertized. Also, I've had really bad connectivity issues with these joycons. I cannot use these when my system is on the dock, since the input delay is so bad or the buttons are just completely unresponsive. Even in handheld mode, the key presses don't always register. Unfortunately I no longer have the packaging, otherwise I would have returned these.

The joy-cons work like the others. The yellow one appears a bit brighter or more neon than expected from what's displayed from the box and pictures online. I would search some unboxed photos of the joy-cons to see the colour before purchasing. Regardless, they're still really cute and a good replacement for my broken ones!!

Best purchase, was originally going to purchase other band controllers but was afraid it wasnt going to work properly. Steying with the originally Nintendo controllers was the best option connected right away. 10/10
I purchased this yesterday and straight from the box, the controllers had little scuffs on them; really minor detail and I wasn’t that hurt by it. But, when I got to playing with them, they lag horribly. I’m not sure if I received an already returned item, but I’ll be returning them today myself and hopefully get a pair that works correctly. If I had a pair that did, my review would probably be a 4 simply because of the price. Also, another minor problem that I noticed is that the color of the yellow joy con is not the same as the photos. It’s more of a highlighter yellow/green than a pastel yellow. I still think they’re cute though. Hopefully this helps someone else out! <3

Purchased these as a gift for my granddaughters. They have since had hours of fun and are still using them since Xmas. They are their favorite controllers. Good purchase.
Going from 2 to standard controllers with the base switch to 4 has made entertainment much easier around the home. Now when we have guest over who want to jus hang out and play games we can let everyone play and it keeps people entertained for hours. Wether its mario kart, smash, or just dance these got you covered and keep the party rolling 10/10 recommend having the extra controllers (they also look great and being different colors makes it easy to not get confused).
These are exactly as advertised. They are very pretty pastel colors, work as they should, and the colors shine through clear cases well. No complaints about this product. My first set of white joycons had a defect and Nintendo fixed it for free. Overall, very pleased.
If you take care of them, they will last ypu a long time. However, if your eating snacks or have dirty hands these controllers are definitely going to give you stick drift, squishy buttons or buttons that stop reacting. That being said ill always go back to these originals than after markets.
