Amazing product! This is actually the fourth pair of ToZo NC9 earbuds that I've purchased. I'm personally terrible at keeping track of things which is the ONLY reason I had to order more. So aside from misplacing them, there is no reason for someone to ever need another set of earbuds. I work as a framer and as such, I work around lots of noise (large air compressors, nail guns, industrial saws, hand held power tools, etc) which requires me to wear ear protection. Other in-ear earbuds that I've tried were hardly loud enough to hear while working which is about as annoying as not having ear protection at all. Then I found the NC9. They fit great, have outstanding connectivity range, rich and clear sound, Active Noise Cancelling mode and the even more amazing ... MoreAmazing product! A huge value in great sounding NC headphones.

I've tried several different earbuds, the Tozo T6's are great headphones for the price. They sound fantastic, I was amazed at the sound quality for the price. Once I tried those I was thrilled but wish the fit was better. They would hang out of my ears a bit and not feel quite secure My dog actually destroyed these headphones or I would have been totally happy with those today. Knowing how good those headphones sounded I was willing to pay more for even better. In came the The Tozo T12 pros, according to Amazon they had noise cancelation and super long battery life through the case. Wanting some noise-canceling headphones and something that sounded as good as possible, I ended up with some Tozo NC9 headphones. When I first unpacked and listened to the NC9s I thought I was getting a little too much bass. But after going through more of my playlist on Tidal I was enjoying more and more of my music. The bass can be deep enough to actually feel the vibration on my ears, but the midrange and highs come through very clear, things like cymbals come through very nicely. These do have noise canceling and I tried them today at the gym. The noise canceling did do a good job, they made for a nice quiet background for enjoying my music at the gym. The fit of the headphones is very good compared to other headphones I've tried. The curve fit my ears almost as if they were custom fit. I was a little surprised, but I guess we are all pretty similar when comparing that part of our ears. When it comes to headphones, I don't think there is one perfect pair, but so far these NC9s are the best sounding and fitting of any of the many headphones I have tried over the last several years and I have tried a lot of them. I would highly recommend giving these a try. I am a picky listener, my home stereo would cost around $20,000 so the fact that I find these headphones to be very pleasing is saying quite a bit.

Don’t Waste Your Money

Worst product ever! These ear buds are not waterproof. I had these ear buds less than 5 months and my right ear buds fell out of my ear and landed in a small puddle of water while washing my vehicle and that ear bud is toast. They also are very picky in their charging case. You can place them in the case and it will show they are charging but any slight movement while the lid of the case is closed and they will not charge. If you plan on buying them, just throw your money in the toilet and flush because that is basically all you are doing, throwing your money away!!!

Drastic Improvement from an older model

My first Tozo Wireless Earbuds are a few years old. They were fine for the price I paid. However, they had a tendency to fall out of my ear and also seemed to take a long time to connect. Lately, it took several attempts to connect-- sometimes only one ear at a time. I decided to buy a new pair, because I found that to be frustrating. I debated spending $100 for wireless ear buds, but changed my mind. I use mine to listen to audio books, so I am not as particular as those folks who listen to music, and want the best quality sound. Good Product, Top Quality Service

I would like to make this a 4.5 only because of a problem which occurred a few months after I started using them.The sound is excellent. The fit in my ears was very great after shifting down a size on the in-ear parts. I seldom use the ear buds long enough to worry about battery life but the few times I did, I think it was about 6 hour and I got lower battery warnings. Overall, they just worked and worked well as a mic for Skype calls. The only problem I had was the touch controls. I never was able to find/hit them consistently.The problem I had with them was after a few months the two earbuds stopped pairing and pairing with each other. With the hep from a person at Tozo's web site I got them to pain. Each side a different pairing with my computer. But not together.At that point, he offered to send me a new pair for free. About 2 weeks later I received a package with a new pair of earbuds. It has been less than two weeks but they are working well and the touch controls are now registering easily and I am using them.So a few small problems at first which is why I rated it as four stars and I would like to add a half star for their tech service. That was outstanding. So is the sound quality.

These are my first impressions after receiving these earbuds.After a long search for earphones that can accommodate my larger ear canal, finally a product that fits very well and doesn't fall off. As a bonus, sound is balanced very well, with enough bass and treble to satisfy most of non audiophiles. ANC and Transparency modes are well defined compared to normal listening. However, this is just an initial evaluation for ANC, in home environment.Package includes 6 eartips which unfortunately are difficult to pair since sizes are very close to each other and not separated in packaging.Another minor complaint is about the Manual and additional instructions in the package. The type size is so small in these booklets, that you need a strong loupe to read them! Not for people who sweat A LOT, but great sound!

Got these a few days ago for $39.99. Didn't check the IPX rating, hence the title. They provide some BIG sound, which is probably why they're kinda bulky, but this sound at this price is great.As far as exercise goes, these might be best for lifting. I do more cardio (running), and my sweat made them begin to slightly slip out of my ears after a hard 30 minute run. These are ideal for jogging.Haven't taken any calls with them, so I can't speak on that. The touch controls are actually kinda annoying - when I'm trying to pause a track, I end up turning off the ANC. And the alert that the ANC was turned on/off is really low while the music is still playing. Superb Sound Quality

The NC9 was my first experience with TOZO ear buds There were two things that make me support the 5-star rating: Comfortable in-ear buds able to be controlled by an online, free-hand equalizer system, and excellent tech support staff via prompt emails.When I first tried the NC9's I was disappointed. The music quality was bright & clear, but without substantial bass. I contacted Support who showed me how to download the TOZO equalization tool. Not only did it have a selection of presets, but also brought up the frequency ranges allowing the user to do some free-hand tuning. Immediately a whole new world of sound evolved. Used to be better. The case battery quickly petered out on my latest pair

I've bought about 5 of these (my girlfriend keeps losing hers). In general they're great - especially for the price. But on my latest pair the case battery has degraded so badly that, after about 4 months, it goes down to 3 LEDs just sitting there overnight - even though the earbuds are fully charged.I emailed customer support and they kept making excuses - are the contacts clean? They're in the case fully charged. The case charges different numbers of times depending on how run down the earbuds are. But THEY'RE FULLY CHARGED. So I'm writing this review.
