Design:fit and stay in ears perfectly and it's very comfortable. Battery:earbuds battery is very good but the case battery is not very long lasting and it takes longer to charge the case then other tozo models. Sound Quality:sound quality is decent, but the left earbud is starting to make a rattling sound.

After having many different earbuds I finally found a pair I like. Thse sound great fit well with the included ear tip sizes and have wireless charging for the case. The battery life is excellent and my only complaint is no app support. But at this price it's easily forgiven. Nice job tozo

I’m really happy with these! Upgraded my Gen2 AirPods and these work great. I’m not a ‘music’ person, so I think the sound is great when I’m walking and listening to Sirius. I haven’t been on a plane yet to really test the noise canceling g feature, but I can tell background noise is muted. Def worth the price!!
These are awesome. Great sound quality and easy to pair. I love the noise canceling feature and they fit comfortably in my ears. They come with several size earbud foam pads also. I’ve had problems with other earbuds that seem to become loose during physical activity while exercising, however these stay in even if I work up a sweat. I love that they’re waterproof too. I bought a pair for my grandson also who loves them as well!
I’ve had these for a few months and gotta say I didn’t expect anything great. I was dead wrong.It truly does give about 10 hours of actual play time on a single charge without having to recharge them in the case. The sound is exceptional and using their app to modify the eq was a bonus for me. Deep punchy bass, clear and crisp treble.I’ve worn them comfortably for 8 hours. While mowing and various yard work I can hear my music over the equipment and have not had either one fall out.Final note, I’ve been told my voice on phone calls is much clearer and background noise, such as wind, are significantly reduced.Seriously for the price I’m mad at myself for not grabbing a pair sooner.

I got the Tozo T9’s because they lock in your ear and harder to loose..The T9’s have great sound and all touch controls are sensitive to touch, even with glikes on. My only gripe and I’m not sure if I got a bad pair but!!! They will not turn off when I put them back in the charger?? They stay connected to my phone and will also play music while in the case?? Like I said I have a lot of Tozo’s ear buds and every set I have will disconnect when they are in the charger?? I have to turn them off individually before I put them away?? I am writing this review to amend my previous review where I gave four stars, very good headphones, I had a problem with my pair and after contacting support I was sent another as a replacement, the girl who looked after me was very kind.I recommend them not only for the quality but also for the customer care.

They are great headphones, great to use both at home and at the gym, comfortable and with crazy sound.The only drawback I experienced was that one headphone malfunctioned, after contacting support and explaining everything they sent me another pair of headphones.The reason I put 4 stars is that they haven't arrived yet, when they do I'll give full marks for sure.
