This is probably the best item I’ve bought from QVC and when my budget allows I will purchase another. It does everything just as well as a professional installed alarm system and the quality is excellent on all of the functions. I don’t have motion detection notifications on as I live near a road and would probably let me know every time a car passes, but that’s a good thing as it shows how efficient it is. I think you can moderate the sensitivity of how often it picks up. Haven’t had reason to test it’s movement when anyone walks up the drive yet, in terms of following that person, but only fitted it late yesterday. It’s not clear to me if it records in a loop, for example when the card is full it records over previous, but I’m sure that will become evident once ... Excellent quality and easy to use security camera. Everything required is in the box (apart from micro memory card).Once installed, the app is so easy to update and use the camera. Fantastic quality pictures and great value for money.Highly recommended product.

A brilliant camera for the price, very good value for money. We have had some anti-social behaviour in our area, so installed this to monitor the front of the house. Clear images-even at night as we have a lamppost close to the house. We did have to buy an extended cable to fit the indoor cable around the door to reach the plug, so the only complaint would be to supply a longer cable. Distinguishes between images of people & other movement, and a good playback/memory system. Very pleased.

So brilliant, installed inside, on my front room window. Had no idea in my "quiet cul-de-sachow much traffic came up outside my property and turned each day blocking my drive in the process. Better still I can view from Cyprus, I chose to pay via Google for the privilege.
I bought 2 of them few days ago as I just moved into new area and I'm unsure about my neighbours. It has motion detection and you can watch live stream. It's wired and the wire is about 2 meters long so you will need a drill to get this attached to the wall / roofing and to get the wires through. For now we only used ut inside but we will be getting it outside as it should be. Night vision isn't great through the window. If your street / back garden is lit good you can leave it on day mode.
I already have some static outdoor Tapo cameras, which are very good quality and the images produced are fantastic.Decided to upgrade one of my cameras to a Tapo C500 so I can pan/tilt the view. Very pleased with this product and the usual high quality of Tapo.Only a couple of things you need to consider are that this unit needs power so you need to have the ability to get the wire to the unit….and it’s WiFi only so you need to have signal in your desired location.
Very impressed with this camera, especially the way it follows the person on activation. Easy to install, clear picture and a good app. The camera view can be moved using the app. Mark where you want the camera to view, and it automatically returns to the mark after activation. I highly recommend this camera.
Brought this when it was a TSV, I really was surprised by the quality for the price. Easy to install and set up. The picture is nice and clear and talk back is brilliant… I liked it that much I brought another. These cameras are a small price to protect your home and self wellbeing. A fabulous buy.
Will not connect to our wi-fi, even had an engineer to look at our router and everything was fine but the camera will still not connect unless it is placed less than 10ft away from the router. Total waste of money and too late to return now. Would give zero stars but you have to award at least one to leave a review.
well what can i say about this TAPOthe day after we fitted this, we had a serious issue near where we live. And the police had to be called. and long story short the TAPO helped to convict a very nasty character. As the TAPO caught everything the police needed, both visually and audible too. The police who attended said its a "fantastic bit of kit". so i would recommend this TAPO 10/10.No one else's equipment recorded anything. so TAPO saved the day!!!!!
