I purchased this travel size TraceMineral for going on vacation this summer. At home, I use the larger bottle. This stuff has changed my energy in such an incredible way and I'm 50. For years I've been fighting with iron deficiency and B12 deficiency and have been taking different forms of magnesium, along with D3 and K2. Nothing helped my energy. BUT, this particular magnesium has given me so much energy. I've worked my way up to 35 drops (max 40 drops/day) and I'm good with this dose. I put it in my 35oz water bottle and sip it all day.You do have to get used to the taste. For me, it doesn't really have a taste, it's more about the water tasting "softer" if that helps anyone deciding.
Wonderful quality product! I feel the benefits. I put 5 drops in a glass of water and I drink 3-5 glasses a day for a while when I fell the need. It has so many elements in the composition, it can fix so many deficiencies or at least provide the necessary elements for the day. When taken 5 drops in 200-250 ml water, the taste of the water becomes very good. When taken in spoon the taste is bitter.
