Or at least I haven’t found better one. The price considering the amount of magnesium in one dose is really good. Other magnesium supplements for kids have really small doses so it really is just waste of money. Flavor is great as well, it tastes like candy.

Got this for my daughter who often has restless sleep or wakes in the middle of the night and takes a while to go back to sleep. Saw results only after three daily doses of taking two wafers before bed. No waking and more solid nights sleep. Would be good for the adults in the family to take as well. Taste is pleasant, no problems with taking it and it dissolves easily in the mouth.

Magnesium is just so essential to your health and I believe Trace Minerals does a pretty good job when it comes to minerals, I mean it is in their name right? Haven’t had a product from this company that I was disappointed in yet (other than the liquid vitamins having some packaging problems), I have been pretty happy with the results. One thing though is that we were not fans of the stevia, other than that though it seems like it is a really good product.

The most favorite magnesium for children in our family! My daughter is 6 years old, went to school and noticed that she became very nervous. The neurologist recommended drinking a course of magnesium. I liked this composition the most. Convenient packaging, dosage, very pleasant tablets that taste easy to chew and swallow. Noticed the action literally after 5 days. Sleep has returned to normal, tantrums have gone out of the blue. We'll take more.
My daughter loves and I mean loves the taste and uses the magnesium during her period to help for benefits for cramping and strengthening hormones, sleep issues, muscle problems, and joint issues during the month. My daughter has RA and other joint relatives issues and her period seems to magnify most of her muscular problems. There is a good amount in this package and seems to be very effective.We also look for a chewable for her because she has difficulty even as an adult swallowing pills. It is something few talk about but adults do have issues whether it is a throat problem or a sensory issue.
Though the bottle doesn't state the percentage of mg. glycinate vs citrate per each tablet, this combination works. And it's convenient. It's a little high in price and I wish it comes in a bigger bottle. I take 2 per usually (each table is about 84 mg of mag glycinate & citrate, so 2 tablets give around 160 mg, which is 1/3 of the daily requirement). The inclusion of xylitol is bonus as this sugar does not promote cavities. For a quick mag dose, this brand is good.
A little bit on the tart side as far as flavor, and it is a little hard to take 4 tablets every day... but that's the price I pay for being a chicken and not being able to swallow pills. I like that it is a blend of magnesium and not just one kind - helps me have well-rounded levels of magnesium. I like that it is made without sugar, so it doesn't affect my carb macros. I also like the trace minerals included in the ingredients. Great supplement that everybody should take!
I give this to my child. He is 4 years old. He had problems falling asleep in kindergarten. Probably because on anxiety, not able to calm down. After taking this magnesium for a week, he started to take naps. So Im really happy. And the taste has been approved by my toddler, which is also great! It took a while for us to find something that tastes good, but also has good quality.
Magnesium is so essential and helps with my overall health, but so many types are huge “horse pills” that require you to take two or three of. Of course many come in gummies, but gummies contain carbs which are not acceptable on a Keto diet. These chewables are perfect; no carbs, and have a nice sour taste like a sweet tart.
