I bought this item in the trial section at a very good price. I bought magnesium for my 7-year-old child. According to the child's feedback, these chewable lozenges have a very good taste and are not too sweet. We use a dosage of two gummies a day after meals. It should also be added that the child really likes the packaging, (it is safe for kids) and the label on bottle it is colorful and has an interesting pattern :) I noticed that using this product makes it easier for the child to fall asleep at night, and the quality of sleep improves.

Good flavor but a waxy consistency and mildly waxy taste. The % of active ingredient is in line with the price - fairly low. I suggest researching the different types of magnesium- there is a learning curve. Stay away from oxide. Mag bis is high quality. Mag citrate can be helpful, and is somewhat helpful for constipation also- but if you take too much it can cause the opposite bathroom problem. My favorite trick for constipation is drinking at least 10-12 ounces of water.

This is good product to get your required magnesium. I liked the size and price point, and the beneficial ingredients. Good for your joints and muscle aches. However, I really could not get past the taste and texture that’s why I have rated it lower. I would not purchase again due to the taste and texture.
I assume they will be good, the brand is good, I'll add up when receive themUpd I changed the stars cause it smelled awful when I opened it, it's not expired but smells like some oil or nut batter or sth else when it's gone really bad. The smell is annoying and very strong. The gummies themselves also are quite rubbery and in sugar. Don't understand why you need to cover them in sugar.
