I'm a big fan of Trace Minerals through the years. I noticed that on several sites the ENDURE drops (a good product with a portable size), went up considerably. These drops are actually a more full spectrum than the ENDURE. I now prefer them for my fitness and hydration needs. The package is a good price. The Trace minerals complex is excellent for supplementing Keto diet. The taste is much less offensive (not salty!) than other electrolyte products. Will alleviate symptoms of dehydration - thirst, headache, etc. Composed of Salt Lake mineral complex. Another high quality product from Trace Minerals, which you are likely only to find on Iherb.

It has been a long time since I took these and I'm so glad I bought another bottle. The whole family has been enjoying a boost in energy and wellbeing. We do a low dose because the flavour is too overpowering otherwise. I do one full dropper for my 9 year old and two full droppers for the adults once a day in our drink bottles. I love that this is in a glass bottle rather than plastic. Trace Minerals are effective, trusted and make high quality supplements. This is a great way to supplement our already good diets with minerals that are sadly lacking in our food system. Highly recommended!

This is such a great and easy product for adding minerals into your diet. I’ve been doing the Root Cause Protocol and some mineral products are a bit difficult to incorporate, but this one is by far the easiest. I add a few drops to my water bottle and drink it throughout the day - I swear I have more energy! I also feel much better drinking my own remineralized water than drinking whatever chemicals are added to city water sources. The taste is minimal, I barely realize it’s there. This is my favorite supplement.
Okay, the taste isn't great. I know it isn't really supposed to be flavored, but it makes water taste pretty awful. It's better in a flavored drink. But if you're like me, water is basically all you can drink, so I only use a few drops per 16oz throughout the day. This brand is great quality, though. I started taking it to help relieve symptoms of my MS, as it was recommended, but I haven't seen any results yet. I'm giving it more time. Either way, can't go wrong with the minerals your body needs, as most people are deficient. Good size for the price.
The drops are great and I feel as definite improvement in my wellbeing since starting taking them. However, they plastic bottle they come in is HORRIFIC! It will leak all over the content of your bag if you do not put it in a plastic bag. And even when I taped the opening to keep it from leaking in order to bring it on a trip, it STILL had leaked probably 1/5 of its content when I arrived at my destination! This has been the case with both of the bottles I've consumed so far, so I know it's not just a one-off thing.
I do like this, I think it makes the water taste better and I know that trace minerals are important. However, I’m not completely convinced that it is really good for you, with the heavy metals that it contains. I wish the company was more open and explicitly stated how much mercury, arsenic and lead is in this. Recently I have read articles about how the salt lake is drying up and releasing a bunch of toxic metals in the air. Since this comes from that lake I wish the company was doing more to ensure safety.
In whicever country you live, it is highly likely your tap water doesn't contain optimal amounts of Boron and Lithium.So I advise to take at least 10 drops a day of this.The manufacturer suggests a Serving Size: 1/2 tsp. (about 40 drops). That is a good starting dose if you have been deficient of these trace minerals for a long time.Higher drinking water upatake of Lithium has been associated with a better mental health!
