Bad courier, I guess this is not sellers problem. The ladder seems okay, havent start using it yet.

Bottom of ladder was bent and damaged so I couldn't get the feet on without having to bend it back.

Great idea but doesn't feel safe!

Like others you see advertised, it is very versatile with a number of useful configurations. The problem comes when you extend it to full height and start climbing. I weigh only half of its rated capacity and yet by the time I was half way up, it was flexing and had a bow in the middle. It really felt unsafe. I am careful when using ladders but this one took me to another level of being cautious.
