Pellets tasted great. The brisket I did went so quickly I barely got the chance to take a photo haha. A little pricey but definitely looked nice. Low and slow with a 2kg brisket. Would recommend, but maybe wait for them to have deals on.

In my opinion, the Hickory Pellets are the nicest ones, the smell they give out really gets you h for some BBQ food. So much so they neighbours always come knocking when they smell it wondering what's for dinner.
Used these for smoking a silverside of beef, took 4 hours but man was it worth it! Tasted amazing. Great pellets, great smoke.
