Nyloc nuts and bolts are a low quality made of a soft metal. When trying to tighten the poles to the legs you can only tighten so far but the arms are still loose and washers can still spin. When trying to tighten more the allen key strips the bolt head so can no longer fix or replace. Poles are left loose now. Not too great

Our kids love this. We have to keep it in the low position for now so the two year old can play with it. The strap that holds the hoop out parallel with the ground comes undone fairly easily, and it’s too high for the kids to fix, so I have to climb up there all the time to snap it back in place. That’s kind of annoying. Otherwise, the kids absolutely love it.

The product itself is pretty well made. Our kids love playing with it. The basket did separate once but it was a simple fix. The issue is with the installation. Sliding the sleeve on the pole with the bracket is challenging. Also, the slit on the pocket of the net was not big enough for the bracket to slide through. I was forced to cut it larger. It took 2 of us to finally get it installed.
This little thing could not be more fun and I’m glad to purchase this accessory. Really well and hold up to the abuse of myself and my four children using it. I love dunking on my little kids and making them look foolish because of my far superior height and this thing just helps me keep them down just a couple notches, which makes any father very happy😂😂
This trampoline has provided our 5 kids with endless fun and active play. It’s great for bonding play between everybody including us adults. It was super easy to assemble and with 7 of us we made a fun time of it.Quality is very good with the only complaint being that the padding can get very hot to the touch.Highly recommend Jumpflex for your next Trampoline
We got the trampoline specifically for our youngest daughter who is 12 and wanted something to do outside. Wanting to get her outside and active, we did it. Well she loves it and so does our older daughter who is 17. They are having a blast. It was easy to assemble, we did it as a family. We are very happy with the purchase.

We bought this ~$100 basketball goal and a brand new 15 ft jump flex trampoline for Easter 2022. Less than a year later, we moved and bought a new (what turned out to be hero) 15 ft trampoline. They do not make a 15ft flex trampoline anymore. The basketball goal (that we didn’t repeat buying) will not fit the new trampoline. I reached out to customer service and they said “oh yeah, I just buy a new one.” I have spent more than $2500?? with this company in less than year and a half and now have to Jerry rig this brand new basketball goal because I don’t want to spend another $100! Geez. Make an adapter part. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Would have put higher, I just have one critic. Ee got the cover, spray nozzle and hoop, you can't have all three on at the same time. We have to keep switch between having hoop and nozzle and cover and nozzle. Allot of work switching between the two sets. Don't have a solution to spice this issue but it's a small issue. Otherwise it's going really well. Thank you
