Too hard and too high. Made my neck worse. It was supposed to be soft but it wasn't soft for me. Waste of money. I'll need to go to an actual shop this time.

I have been using this pillow for a number of years, was recommended by my physio originally. Only thing I would say is that you have to replace after a while as it looses its firmness

Best night’s sleep, and supports my neck very well. I had a neck fusion a long time ago, and my pillow is very comfortable.
