A great figure to have. The best looking Galvatron mould and this version in his original toy colors. And Hasbro Pulse was efficient in shipping the figure. Will do it again depending on the figure I want.

The decision to add stickers for nostalgic purposes was bold and welcome, but executed very poorly. The quality of the stickers makes them nearly unusable and they look bad. I hope Toyhax Reprolabels can reproduce the set in a higher quality, but for the price Hasbro should have done a better job.

I have to admit that Hasbro played to Marvel Comics fans sense of nostalgia. This looks like the Galvatron from my childhood comics. I'm really surprised that this mold didn't win "Bot of the Year" with more people. A sturdy durable figure that makes a great desk bot.

This Galvatron is the version I wanted. I love the purple one from the original cartoon, but this Marvel comic coloured one is my fav. It looks great, has tight joints and poses good almost any way. Only thing I can complain about is the purple head crest. It should be gray. Other than that small gripe it's perfect.
There were two reasons I purchased this figure, I wanted this color scheme for my collections galvatron and the stickers to make it look more like the G1 toy. I actually like how the OG stickers made the OG toy look, so that really sold it for me. Once I got it, the figure was amazing, no real joint looseness, it poses quite well and it looks great on its own. During power of the primes toyline, the stickers applied on the figures were poorly made and peeled off as soon as coming out of the box. They have not improved. The star sticker, the rub sign faction symbol, was the most disappointing one, it already showed the symbol right out of the box. However, the figure is fantastic on its own so I’d recommend it for the figure only.
Like the regular Kingdom release, Galvatron is an excellent figure and a good substitute if you can't find the regular release anywhere. The included decals for maximum toy accuracy is nice but I feel the toy looks better without them. The rubsign is a nice touch, even if it is hidden in robot mode. One warning to give is that when transformed into cannon mode, the piece of his Particle Cannon that attaches to the hole on his back can scrape the paint on protrusion on his back and on the piece itself, as both have purple paint on them. Should you insert the tab all the way in, you will scratch it. That flaw aside, a great release for any Galvatron fan.
Love the figure. But mine came Miss assembled causing the figure to not be able to transform. There was a part under the right arm that was the left piece instead of the right causing the arm to not be able to fold in correctly during transformation. I had to literally modify the piece by cutting the plastic just to get him to transform. Which now leaves the piece more fragile. And this is not the first time that this has happened with a hasbro figure I have purchased. One of the bumblebees i purchased had a similar problem with 2 right pieces causing transformation problems. Especially at this price point I am very disappointed. Sad because other than that this is an amazing figure. But Sadly a transformer not being able to transform that is supposed to brings this ... MoreLove the figure. Need a Galvatron II? This hit me with nostalgia as soon as I saw the foil sticker sheet. Its such a smart transformation. I personally skipped the retail version of this mold to keep titans return galvatron relevant in my collection.
The coloring on Generations Selects Galvatron matches his original toy coloration and comic book coloration. I know Galvy is usually shown as purple and he looks good like that, but my favorite memories of him use the GS pallette. Additionally, the stickers included add an element of detail not seen the in the stock release of this figure and add a LOT to the look.All in all, he's big, stable, posable, and absolutely menacing. GS Galvatron is a great toy to play with or figure to collect for your shelf. This is Galvatron at his best!
I only got this because I want dto add to my collection. I always felt galvatron should be a separate leader of a total different faction in which autobot and deceptions would unite against him. But he was stronger than both prime and Megatron. But for whatever reason they felt he should be megatons updated body. I never understood why he needed to change his name as well. Regardless hasbro doesnt always make the right decision such as make versions of ALL the seekers for once and even add a few new seekers and sell them only on hasbropulse for the collectors if they felt they wouldn't sell to distributors. But if they simply did BETTER stories other characters would also become popular like sound wave and Starscream.
