Transformers: Rise of The Beasts Beast-Mode Bumblebee

The transformers rise of the beast mode bumblebee is such a great toy for my son! He had seen it advertised and was delighted to have received it! My daughter was really excited for this toy. It’s a decent size and sturdy. The toy is pretty cool and makes noises which added an extra depth to gameplay. The downside is that as a transformer it’s actually quite difficult to transform. Something which detracts from gameplay and is such a shame. Each time she needs help rather than being able to do it herself. So she mainly just plays with it in the way it came in the box.

I was so excited for my son to give this a try. He’s six, the suggested age range for this particular toy. He’s obsessed with Transformers and bumblebee himself. He could not understand the instructions, he struggled for ages to get the shoulders up, he brought it to me and his father and we both struggled. I ended up almost snapping it to get them up. This happened on a few of the steps and whenever things were supposed to click in together they kept popping right back out. When we got him into a car finally, after so long building it and any movement would just pop it back open again. So so frustrating, for us never mind for my poor son, he was really disappointed.
