It's hard to review a product this inexpensive without noting the cost - only $7 for a very large bottle is probably as inexpensive as it gets. As I only shampoo my hair twice a year, I'm expecting this bottle would last me 6 months. The scent is not bad - just a soft slightly citrus smell that disappears immediately. The shampoo is very thick and lathers much more than my usual brand - I don't usually use a shampoo with SLS so that's probably why it seemed very foamy but it rinsed out easily and left my hair clean without any irritation. This shampoo comes packaged in a generously sized 900ml bottle. My only suggestion about the packaging is that it could be improved by having a pump action dispenser.This shampoo is easy to use and cleans my hair thoroughly. I have used hair products from TreSemme (on and off) for years and their products never disappoints me. I was very excited to try this shampoo as it contains vitamin E and Arginine which extremely good for my dry, thin and colour treated hair. I have used it three times a week for two weeks now and I enjoy using it. The shampoo has a pleasant scent which lingers on my hair for few days. The in-shower experience was great. I used the amount of a 50 cents and lather through my hair then rinse off follow by the pairing conditioner. My hair felt so smooth, silky and looks healthy after use. Most importantly, this shampoo did a great job at removing hair oil without striping out the moisture from my hair. Overall, a great affordable shampoo that is suitable for everyone.

It doesn't pull at my hair when I am massaging it in. I'm not too keen on the strong fragrance but I can put up with it. I find that my hair doesn't shed as much when I use this, compared to other shampoos. It's okay. It does not weigh my hair down, and it feels quite soft after using it - so the performance is excellent. Not dry or squeaky clean like some. I don't like the scent - it just smells cheap. Can't quite put my finger on what it smells like - cheap hotel soap maybe? Having said that, my husband said that he liked the smell. It foams up just enough, although I use a lot more of it than other 'nice' brands, probably because it is in a mammoth sized bottle. Ugly, big size bottle which is hard to grip in the shower - I have now decanted into a smaller bottle with a pump lid. I want to feel special when I'm using shampoo, and this just isn't it.
