The waterproof protection keeps water out while allowing moisture vapour to escape, minimising the build up of moisture inside of the fabric. The softshell fabric is wind-resistant and water-repellent, stopping cold winds from cooling you down while also protecting you from light rain. An adjustable removable hood provides convenient protection from the elements, ideal for protecting the face and head against cold winds and heavy rain. The hood can be detached when it's not needed, making the jacket less bulky and providing a more streamlined appearance. 2 zipped pockets provide a secure and safe location to store essential items when out and about as well as a place to warm your hands. The garment has a Hydrostatic Head waterproof rating of 8,000mm.
