TriggerPoint - Charge Foam Roller - Blue - 13"

I bought this for my girlfriend for the Christmas of 2013 and she was blown away. Out of the box, the aesthetics of this item are bar none. She loved the size, the surface, and glowing color of the item. She used it and was very impressed, as was I who was skeptical about the reason behind these foam rollers. I think I might order one for myself, in a darker color of course. I highly recommend this product to people looking to loosen deep muscle tension. I didn't realize how tight my muscles were, especially in my legs.

I used these at the gym on campus and really liked it for after bootcamp class. My professor recommended this brand due to its quality, effectiveness and durability. I compared it to other brands and types available on campus. I find this one to be the best. I bought one for home use. It's really nice and has the perfect firmness and grid shapes. It really gets those tight areas that stretching can't help with. I mainly use it on hips, legs and upper back. I highly recommend this to others.

I am an LMT, and I suggest that every one of my clients get one of these things. The Trigger Point roller doesn't collapse like the solid foam ones do. Bending your back the other direction is one of the super best things in the world for you, and it feels oh so incredibly wonderful. The ridges allow you to maintain control, and the hard pvc interior allow you to place as much pressure as you need. I don't know how I lived without this thing. No longer am I casting about for that perfectly angled wall corner to work a knot out. If you have back problems, you must have this thing. If you don't have back problems, get one of these and help prevent them. I love you Trigger Point Performance!!!!

My girlfriend just recently purchased this roller and it has not disappointed. She is in the process of becoming a Barre3 instructor and has been spending several hours a day working out and practicing her routine. Needless to say, her body is tired and muscles are tight. She's used this every morning/night since it arrived and she couldn't be happier. The roller has a soft foam outer shell and a hard plastic inner core giving it a comfortable feel while maintaining it's designed structure to trigger the targeted muscle group. It's an easy and convenient tool for massaging those tight areas or loosing/warming up your muscles before a workout. I definitely would recommend this product.

I got this foam roller because the standard ones start to lose their shape after some use. This one has a more rigid core, so it doesn't get compressed. It's also hollow, which keeps it light-weight. I was a little concerned that I might crack the plastic core, but I weigh about 165lbs, and it seems perfectly capable of supporting my weight. It has a nice density of foam too, a little cushion but still firm. I think the fact that it's not as long as a traditional roller is a good thing. It's easier to stick in a car or gym bag than one that's 3 feet long. The bottom line is that this is exactly what I wanted, and I'm stoked on it!

I LOVE this roller! I've had the cheapie blues, the okay whites and the stiffer black rollers, and even straight PVC pipe rollers, but this roller is my hands-down favorite. I'm a big 215lb muscular guy and the other rollers deform and don't allow me to work my T-spine very well. The PVC is very hard on the tissues and bony protuberances. This grid foam roller takes the best of "foam" and the best of PVC and makes for an outstanding device. I tried the small one first and have liked it so much that now I just ordered the long version. Despite the high price, this is something that'll last a long time--hence a worthwhile investment.

This foam roller is a god-send. I had a cycling related IT ban injury about 10 years ago that just never seems to go away. I would get terrible pain after riding for about 30 minutes. Thankfully since using this foam roller, I'm able to ride now for 90+ minutes without pain. Still working on getting rid is this injury completely but at least there's light at the end of the tunnel. Would definitely recommend this. My observation is that you need at least 2 different types of rollers to see which one really works well for you.

This bad boy is awesome. ever since I received it I have been using it daily. All of my friends that come over ask about it and I let them try it and they immediately want one. Like other reviewers have said it is higher quality than most other foam rollers on the market. I've only seen it bend when I stand on it and push down very hard. I weigh 190 lbs and this thing easily supports me. It's a really good tool to have for rolling out trigger points in your back and legs. I would recommend supplementing this product with a lacrosse ball for targeting small areas. The shipping was quick and the price is fair for what you receive.

This is the best foam roller brand I have thus far found. It is firm, yet soft enough where it comes in contact with the body. Very well made, I can tell it will last a long long time. I couldn't live without these. They allow me to stretch certain body parts that are otherwise very difficult to get in the right position. Plus, they are very good for putting direct (good) pressure in areas that are nearly impossible to stretch, such as the arch of your feet and the outside portion of the thigh. I also use it on my calves, lower back and upper back.

I have used this a few times, and love it. I love the different feel and massage from the different textures and sizes of the areas. It works great to relieve muscle soreness, release fascia, and increase blood flow. I will continue to use it more as my body adjusts to frequent use. I used it the night before a race, and my muscles felt great during my three mile run. I plan to continue using it to increase flexibility, reduce chances for muscle injury, and improve my performance/ decrease recovery time. Highly recommend to anyone who runs on a regular basis. This roller is much better than the traditional foam rollers!
