Great taste and good heat

Delicious

It's a somewhat vinegar-forward hot sauce. Smear a teaspoon of it on a hot slice of pizza, or put a few spoons in your chili, and you'll be sweating in no time. This one does subside quickly which is why it's probably lower on the heat scale, but it does give you a good mouth and lip burn, but it won't wreck your guts. It has a good texture; not too runny and not so thick you have to smack the bottle to get it out. It doesn't leave chunks in the neck of the bottle that you have to stir back in. All in all, a delicious sauce for your arsenal.

It will let you know if you used too much!

A very intense heat can be felt. I have been using it in many recipes to really bring up the flavor. Be careful on quantity used for the sensitive, it can be a bear for them. A friend put less than a quarter teaspoon in his mouth and it was a sight to see. He was needing milk to rinse his mouth. Used properly it is fantastic for many dishes.

Ive had better

Its a good hot sauce, but not great. The flavor profile is just a bit off so you miss some of the best flavors of the scorpion peppers. It is worth a try, but I have had better and will stay with what I like better

Not for tha faint of heart

Me and my roommate tried a little dab on the finger each and gave it a taste at first we thought this isn't to bad and then about 30 seconds in the hell on the tongue came through ! And had us in a intense heat babbling and laughing very good product for those who think they cud handle some heat will be adding this to a pot of chilli but will not need much

Pretty well my threshold.

Not being a Scoville chasing Chili-head but loving the endorphine rush when the pain is over, this sauce is the threshold of flavour and heatGot a bottle of Vicious Viper (check that out) for Fathers Day a while back and I was drooling like bassett hound for an hour after a dime size in a triscuit. I researched and learned all about EXTRACTS. Which I now avoid.Chemical heat is gross.Anyway this is a good sauce if you want a good natural burn.

Slow creeping heat and great flavor

Hottest sauce in my arsenal. I love the hear, but it's all about flavor. This sauce opens up with a fresh tomato paste flavor and hints of garlic. The heat is a slow creeper and will steal all your focus, but goes excellent in kielbasa soup.

Tasty

This sauce is HOT and at the same time tasty, fruity. All natural ingredient. This one from Cajohn's is a real winner. Please don't stop the production!
