I have been using the be your best cleanser for a week. If Iām Iām honest I didnāt really think a cleanser could make that much difference in my 47 year old skin. Iāve been using both cleansers for last year now [Be your Best and Better Off}. I use Be your Best mornings and Better off in the evenings as advised. I do like the consistency of both balms and the smells are heavenly. My skin feels refreshed after use. My only complaint is the design of the packaging ā¦. I find that the nozzles donāt work very well and there is always a build up of cleanser left. Another bug of mine is you donāt know when they are nearing empty. Also travel size would be good as they are too bulky to travel with - although saying that I could decant into a t-pot. They are fabulous cleansers, however, I am hesitant[ for these reasons }to repurchase . In terms of the product itself it works just as well as my previous balm cleanser, but is very thick, so I really need to warm it up with my fingers before I apply otherwise it drags my skin. However, the issue I have is the packaging. Itās quite difficult to get the product out - you need a firm press with your hand. However, if you donāt have your other hand ready to ācatchā the product as it comes out it splurges all over the packaging. It also doesnāt come out smoothly - itās as if there are air bubbles in so it kind of pops out sometimes. Plus, I just canāt see how much is left in so I have no way of knowing if itās time to reorder. I have very sensitive eyes. Always have and for 45+ years removing my eye make up has been a chore, resulting in piggy red eyes the next day. I have tried absolutely everything. For this reason I will only wear eyemakeup when I really have to. Fast forward to a Trinny makeup consult at my local Fenwick store, when Be your Best was used. Loved the smell and bought it to try. No scrubbing or rubbing and the makeup came off beautifully (I checked with a face wipe just to be 100% sure! ) Nasty sceptical me, thought it may only work with Trinny mascara - nope, it worked fine with my existing mascara- although I'll admit I have now bought the far superior Trinny one!So many years wasted - makeup removal is no longer a painful chore - and I'm happy to wear makeup more often.

When you add a bit of water to emulsify the magic happens; it turns milky and breaks down all your makeup. I love the smell too, it's really heavenly without being too strong.The cleanser gets off every scrap of makeup and leaves no trace, and I love that it also provides chemical exfoliation too. I absolutely love this cleanser. It lives my skin feeling soft and calmā¦no dry tightness and it drastically reduces my redness.For years, my dermatologist has advised me to wash my face with water only because even the most sensitive-skin-targeted products would dry and irritate my face. This is not only tolerable, but it literally instantly improves the look and feel of my skin. Itās a 10 out of 10.The only thing I could say that I wish could be improved is that there is no way that I have found to check how much product one has left and thus when one has to re-order. I love the packaging, but I wish there were some kind of indicator that I could check to see when I need to purchase a refill.
