So impressed all the way around. The helmet is great! My son was looking for a helmet that wasn’t as bulky but as a parent I wanted it to also be safe. This helmet fits the bill and made both of us happy!I also want to comment that this is the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. Just a great company all around. I was so impressed by their Gotham MIPs helmet that I decided to buy my kids their own brain protection. My son is using this helmet for biking and surfskating.Quality -Like the Gotham MIPs, the finish on the DUAL CERTIFIED MIPS helmet is top notch. The matte finish is immaculate, fit pads are plush, and the MIPs liner is placed precisely. Again even the rivets are subtly embossed. Attention to detail is evident.Fit -The extra set of liners allowed my son to get the most best fit possible. He said it was very comfortable; he was able to wear it for hours without any pressure points.Function -He hasnt complained of a "hot head" yet, so I think it's a sign that it has good ventilation. I play roller derby and needed a new helmet. I decided to try one with Mips for extra protection. The helmet fits well and is comfortable. The Mips doesn't change the fit of the helmet. My old helmet (not Triple 8) was a large and I used liners to fit it it to my head. This time I got a S/M and I'm still able to use my liners. The fit is much better than my old one.Customer service is AMAZING! Initially, I ordered an XS/S by mistake. I emailed them and received a quick response. They made the process of getting the right size incredibly easy. I will recommend Triple 8 to all my derby friends.

Love this brand, have been using these helmets since 2013. I like the MIPS technology unfortunately it wasn’t as comfortable as my old helmet thats I use for bmx. So I returned and order a sweater saver much more comfortable and nice sturdy fit.Costumer service folks were super nice and helpful with the return process.
The sizing was spot on, I bought a L/XL helmet according to the measurements online. It was a little loose, but then I added the thicker pads that came with it and it is now a perfect fit.
The new MIPS helmet fit is slightly different than the Swewat Saver, but I love that Triple 8 has added this technology as an option for their helmets. Customer service was super helpful!
After reviewing tons of helmet options for our little one, we are so glad we went with triple eight’s dual certified MIPS helmet. The number one thing that was important in our search was safety, and this helmet checks that box and then some. It’s super safe but not heavy, looks great, and is going to last outlast us!
I absolutely love the helmet, bumsaver 2 padded shorts, knee and elbow pads that I purchased. I would highly recommend them and they work like a charm.
After have a skating accident that resulted in some serious brain trauma and 12 days in ICU this is the only helmet that me and my kiddos wear. The R&D that has went into this helmet is worth the extra price alone. Honestly finding something like this help me convince my wife that it was ok for me to skate that part of my life again.
I bought this updated MIPS helmet for my teenager because he said his previous triple eight helmet was too small. He likes the look and feel of this helmet and I like the added MIPS protection as well as double use for bikes and skating. Customer service was also fabulous.
