The only complaint is that it is hard to switch between heavy duty and light duty, but it is a kind of set and forget so won't be a problem. It performs very well and feels great in the hand. Given it is only $25, I think it is a good price. Trojan is a brand that I can always trust.

the remainder of the staples run freely back an forth depending which way the stapler is tilted in hand. went back to bunnings to compare it with another only to be told that a new one cannot be opened packaging for visual comparison, so I had to buy another stapler, different brand of course. The first stapler has now been junked. six staples for $20.00. Where does this poor quality come from?

I bought this stapler gun 3 days ago to use for re-upholstering 8 dining chairs. Easy to use and load staples (I used several brands with 8mm depth) without jamming. The added feature allowing adjustable pressure on staples worked superbly when attaching the fabric to the plywood. Lightweight and easy to handle. I would recommend this product for the purpose of what I used it for -handled it with ease. Great value and well constructed. The only downside was that the gun requires a bit of hand pressure to release the staple....especially if using the higher pressure setting. Multiple stapler action could be an issue for those who don't have the hand /arm strength. For me not an issue. The action on the head hasn't deteriorated at all...every staple bedded perfect. ... Purchased this stapler and 2000 12mm cable staples listed on the label. The staples can not be loaded into this staple gun. It does not take 12mm cable staples, you must get 14mm. It will not accept anything less than 14mm. Unfortunately its $50 wasted as the packaging does not allow it to be opened without destroying the plastic wrap. Thus no refund and not returnable.

I recently bought this stapler and have had nothing but trouble with it. I have used nearly the full packet of staples to do a very small job because the staples would either not fire or they would jam or would shoot two staples and get tangled. I even took the stapler back to Bunninngs to see if I had the wrong staples or if I was doing something wrong only to be told by the guy in the tool area that he really didn't know much about them and couldn't help. This is possibly the worst tool I have ever purchased and is so bad that I believe Bunnings should take it off the shelf.

Bought this to use to reupholster some car van cushions. Spent more time pulling out staples when more than one came out. Also it would Fire about 3 staples in a row, then nothing, nothing nothing. My table was covered in useless staples that I had to keep removing. What should have been an easy job was a nightmare. Took it back to Bunnings to see if they had any further advice and no couldn’t offer any other help.do not buy th S product.

I bought a Trojan 4-in-1 staple gun about two hours ago to fix new fabric to an old stool I'm restoring. What a complete waste of time! After about 5 staples, the gun started to fire two staples at once and jamming. I was using Arrow JT21 staples, listed on the Trojan instructions as being compatible. After several occurrences of this, I had enough. I was hoping that it'd last a bit longer than 5 minutes... my last one, a plastic-cased unit, was almost 30 years old when it packed up! Bunnings was very gracious in allowing me to get a refund or a replacement. I chose a cheaper Arrow unit which seems to be doing a much better job.In my opinion, don't waste your time and money on a Trojan Staple Gun!

I really like it. Easy to use. Feels good. Runs like a champ!On the rare occasions it does jam up, it is very easy to fix up.Took a few practice shots to make sure I had the settings right, but after that it was quite nice, and even fun to use. Glad I didn't cheap out.
