I use this on my white Turkish Angora. There isn't a huge variety for cat shampoo, let alone cat shampoo for white coats. This stuff is really all I could ask for and more in a shampoo. It whitens her coat, not just during the bath, but while it dries. You can really tell when she has a spot that's yellowing. Takes it right away. I also really like that it contains no soap, so I don't have to sit there and rinse and rinse and rinse. I mean, she's a cat, she absolutely detests baths and the water, so the less time I have to spend holding her there and dodging claws, the better. When she's all dry, her hair is incredibly soft. Having used this shampoo on my white dogs for 20 plus years should say that I am very pleased. I do dilute it but having done it so long I just know the consistency that I like. My dogs are house dogs and bathed frequently. And it does not have that overbearing retained scent.
I use this on my white dog and orange tabby. This shampoo is thick and a little goes a long way. I really like that it’s natural and doesn’t have parabens. It rinses well and there is no residue. It’s the best shampoo I have used and the scent is light not overpowering
I started using this name brand but the medicated bllend on my dogs. They were itching like crazy from my groomers brand so I tried Tropical Medication and sweet it worked great. My groomer has a bottle there with our name on it to use when they come. After the itching stopped I changed to the Coconut Whiting since they are Maltese. Again they come out nice and white. I love it it's all I buy!!!
This smells really good but does not whiten as well as less expensive brands. (This is by far the most expensive shampoo I’ve bought.) It’s more gelatinous in consistency and tends to slide of my hand before I get a chance to rub my hands together to emulsify. I will not buy this brand again. I wish I could return it.
I have two white coat fur babies. My 15yr old senior Chihuahua & 2.5yr old Maltese mix have both skin sensitivity so I have to be very careful with the products I use on their little bodies. I couldn’t use a whitening shampoo to help out their coats because of this. But finally I found this product. It honestly has been a game changer! Their coats are brighter, whiter & so far NO RASHES OR IRRITATIONS. On top of that it leaves them smelling amazing!
This is a wonderful shampoo for your white furry friend. It really takes away that “dingy” white coat and smells fantastic. I use the same brand of PUPPY SHAMPOO for our Sookie’s face because it’s a “no more tears” formula, then this AWAPUHI WHITE for her body! It’s the best I’ve found!
The soap was amazing for the cleaness it left my puppy! The smell before the bath is yummy but afterwards he still smells like a wet dog.This soap gives whiter whites and he was shining! He also loved the clean feeling was so happy after his bath! Also love the tear free as he loves to splash and play!
