Trouble & Trix Ultra Scoop Cat Litter 10L

ADVANTAGES: Excellent odour reduction, not to mention pretty to look at. That's always a bonus when you're talking about a box of poop! DISADVANTAGES: A bit more tracking compared to the clumping litter we used previously. I have to hold my breath or wear a mask when I'm pouring new litter out because the fine particles sting my nose. NOTES: The 15L bag lasted 50 days for our cat, who has two litter boxes but also relieves himself in the yard when it's convenient. I scoop out poop daily and mostly leave the wee alone. I empty and refill the litter boxes once a fortnight. Currently, you can get this for cheaper at World For Pets, but Pet Circle does free shipping so it works out better here.

I have 2 indoor cats & have tried many different types and brands of litter. After trying this I doubt I’ll ever try another litter. I am no longer a slave to my litter trays (3 in total). It is brilliant for odour control, extremely easy to scoop and rarely needs a complete tray clean out. One of my cats is a little obsessive with digging & then with covering his business afterwards (OCD). As a result, he flicks & tracks litter out of the tray. This is easy to sweep up, a little annoying but well worth it. Everyone should try at least once, I’d be surprised if you weren’t satisfied with it.

Amazing

This is the best litter we have ever used. I read the other reviews about the litter getting muddy and tracking around the house (horror!) , but we experienced the opposite. The litter clumps into a compact ball (urine), and the poop gets covered in a fine layer of litter, making it easy to scoop. The odour is well masked. Our 18.5yo cat really likes this litter -I think it's softer on her paws and more like dirt that the other crystals or pellets. Surprisingly, we have had ZERO tracking! What a delight! I hope they keep making this litter forever. I absolutely love it. It is purrfect! x

Meh

Not the worst litter I've used but not the best either. I feel the multicat label was a bit of an overshoot. The litter is heavy and clumps, but tends to mega clump which is a sign of slow performance. After a week the urine smell is not really being controlled and it has formed kind of a half-clumped mud paste in the litter box. For the cost, I'd expect better.

No more smells

Buying online was so easy and delivery was quick. The price was reasonable but the performance of the product is what makes it worthwhile. There is no urine smell, like you get with some products and my cats seem to take to it without any fuss I would highly recommend it, especially if you have fussy cats

Not a fan

Wont be buying this litter again. Thought I'd give it a try as i was unable to get our usual, but after only a week i threw it out completely. It is fine for cat poops, but the wee becomes heavy wet sticky clay that sticks and smears over the bottom of the litter tray and is so tricky to scrape up. Made this unenjoyable task even more gross

Nothing but the best

This litter is the only one my kitty will use. It's great clumping, and is easy to clean up. Great product. Shame we were unable to get the 15ltr one but still cheaper than pet store purchases.

Oduor is controlled but a lot of dust

I find this does help scoop litter easily, however the dust is a lot. The entire area around the litter box (including all over the top lid and our laundry walls) get covered in a layer of it and need to be fully wiped/scrubbed down every week or so.

Perfect for our 4 cat household

This is the only litter we use now as it covers the smell without an overpowering fragrance. Clumps and removes well. Sometimes it does turn into a muddy consistency if our cats do a few big wees soon after one another, but overall, great value and product. And as always, great service :)

STARTED OUT GREAT THEN WENT DOWN HILL

Have been using this for a long time. The first couple of bags were working well with no smell, actually able to leave laundry door open. This latest purchase bag has not worked as well. It's been no different to using a cheap clay litter. Very disappointed. Wondering if the product has been downgraded in some of it's active contents. It certainly isn't as good as previous bags I've bought on the smell factor side , but it is good with clumping, although there is always a trail of litter on the floor. The smell factor is what I buy on, so now looking for another suitable brand. Gave 2 stars for the clumping ability, which other brands already provide at less cost. Won't buy this brand again now.
