Helmet is super cool looking, you can't see it in the pictures but the paint is sparkly which I really like. Fit is true to the size chart I ordered a large and it fit my head perfectly. It's a super comfy helmet with great visibility and looks super awesome! I love this helmet.

Very happy with the helmets. I haven’t seen this model helmet at any retail location in my area and was nervous about the fit. The fit is similar to the Fly Racing sizes and I am hoping to never test the MIPS system. I was a little surprised the helmet didn’t come with a helmet bag and extra pads, but we believe those are offered with the DOT helmets? Getting ready for 2024!
Very happy with the helmet!! I have had a D3 for the past few years which has been great. This D4 is notably lighter and has better ventilation. The color is amazing, looks even better in person. I had forgotten that these helmets run a little different than what I am used to in size. All my motorcycle helmets are large, and I needed an XL in this helmet. EVO was great about helping swap out for the right size. 100% happy with the helmet and would recommend for DH!
There's times you're going to be frugal BUT there's times you shouldn't. Your protective gear shouldn't be one of those times. LOVE IT. It's what I'd expect from TLD. Love the weight, coverage, strength, fit, etc. Just read what this helmet does!
