I am values both skin health and joint support, the collagen has exceeded my expectations. The powder dissolves easily in both hot and cold liquids. The taste is not overpowering, which I appreciate, as it doesn’t interfere with the flavor of my drinks. I drink original flavour in morning and chocolate flavour in the afternoon. I’ve noticed there is an improvement in my skin’s elasticity. If you’re looking for a supplement to improve your skin's appearance or nails, hair and others this is a great option to consider.

I have been taking this product for six weeks and am starting to see results with my nails and skin improving in a very positive way. I initially ordered the French Vanilla flavour which I really liked and was very happy taking in water. However it was out of stock when I went to reorder and chose the Mixed Berry. I found this to be very sweet. It may taste better if added to milk rather than water. I have been very happy with the service as I made enquiries about the product and received a reply promptly and also received the product quickly after ordering. Would highly recommend.

I ordered this initially because there is no sea ingredients as I couldn't find a good product and thought I would try it.I followed the instructions and tried for a month and was pleasantly surprised I had no side effects, and it is gently on the stomach.I ordered a 2nd one and now finding my muscles, hair, nails, energy levels are starting to return. I am a 63yr woman and collagen decline was noticeable.I will now be using this daily for as I am active and enjoying life again.Thank you to True and the endorsement I found through Jess Waterhouse .
I really love this product. In the past i've used a flavourless collagen which I put in my coffee, it was nothing to rave about and I didn't notice much difference in my body. This tasty tropical flavour is far better in terms of taste, it goes a long way (there's plenty in the bag), dissolves really easily, and my finger nails (which I've bitten most of my life) are noticeably stronger. I've gone from hiding my nails, to painting them and showing them off in a short period of time. A surprising favorite.

I have been taking True Collagen for quite a few years now, usually the unflavored one as I can just put it in my morning coffee. It mixes well and after getting positive comments from my hairdresser about how strong my hair is, it's the only supplement I take every day. I haven't broken one finger nail all these years either. I even have a bag in our motorhome for weekends away
I had high hopes for True Protein’s Collagen as I love all their other products. Unfortunately, it is not for me. I bought the natural flavor in hope of mixing it in with my morning coffee. It mixed well however, it had a distinct taste and I was unable to palate my coffee after adding it. I’ve had other collagen powders that are truly without flavor but sadly this one was very much detectable. I might try getting it in one of the available flavors next time.
I really mean it. This collagen is amazing. My skin is glowing, my hair is thicker and grows quicker, my nails are stronger. This has been a game changer in my weight loss journey and the extra protein is great. I mix it in with my greens powder in the morning and it is tasteless. Wow, this has been a game changer for me. I’m early 40’s, a plumber and train actively in mixed martial arts. I usually have pain day to day around my joints, (knees, elbows) and some significant tendonitis in my left wrist.
