I’ve tried other brand magnesium sleep products and zinc supplements and they do not compare to True ZMA. Not only is this supplement absolutely delicious but it helps me to sleep and recover from my daily weight training soreness. After just a few days I noticed my nails growing faster and much smoother than usual, also my hair and skin is silky and glowing. I cannot recommend True ZMA enough!

Unfortunately this product is a fraud, and the magnesium citrate used for this isn’t the correct form of magnesium that is actually good for a calming and anti inflammatory effect, the ideal is magnesium glycinate. This product uses magnesium citrate that is used as a stool softener and not worth the $60! It depletes your body of essentials rather than provide any!

Very easy to drink, quite a nice sweet night cap actually! Always feel like I get a better more restful sleep after drinking my ZMA. Also feels like it helps my muscles recover after training. The added bonus is a regular dose of zinc and magnesium helping to ward off sickness throughout the winter months.

ZMA is a daily supplement which is great tasting and high quality. I have recently had a bone marrow stem cell transplant and this is the only supplement I would consider taking based on how pure it is. I love that it is Gluten Free. It relaxes my muscles and helps my recovery whilst also providing necessary zinc. Love the Lemon and Blood Orange flavours.
I bought this to help me to sleep. I feel sleepy about 30 mins after I taking it. I bought pineapple flavoured one and is very tasty too.Also I think i was a bit unwell for few days but I didn’t get too sick and I believe it’s because I’ve been taking ZMA every night.. love this product. Highly recommended!!
ZMA is great! Nails have explodedwith growth, sleep has been amazing and my very damaged hair is slowly growing back, finally! The taste is definitely palatable, though it does seem to taste a bit too sweet after a few nights use. The only thing I would have to say is there is always a bit of powder that hasn't combined sitting at the bottom of the glass when I take it. Tried drinking immediately after adding the powder and tried mixing for a while, but always get this little bit of powder.
I love the True Protein ZMA it gives my my daily dose of Magnesium. I have been purchasing it for a couple of years now. Both flavors are refreshing, it dissolves quickly and you don’t get that sickly sweet flavor in your mouth afterwards! If you have not tried it I highly recommend it!
It’s honestly a top notch product. I’ve used a variety of brands for magnesium powders and other powders. As someone who works in pharmacy the form of magnesium they use is great as it is easily absorbed and tolerated by the body. The pineapple flavour is honestly amazing, a problem I was finding with other brands was the flavour was overly artificial and sweet. This on the other hand actually tastes like pineapple and is very refreshing. The ZMA powder also dissolves really well in cold water and with a bit of a stir or in a shaker and has very minimal to no residue left in the bottom. Overall I definitely recommend this product and if I could get it on the shelf at work I would.
I bought the blood orange. Love the flavour! Mixes well with water and gives me a good dose of magnesium.I'm not sure about using Magnesium Citrate. I was using Magnesium Glycinate and I think I'll go back to using that one as the research suggests it's the better one for my purposes.
