Smooth shave cream whipped to a light, fluffy consistency and scented with a refreshing, effervescent and zesty fragrance. It can be applied with the hands or with a shaving brush to form a rich lather. It is suitable for all skin types, especially sensitive skin. Beyond any doubt, this fragrance belongs with the English classics. The original formulation was a favourite of Queen Victoria, blended to celebrate her crowning as Empress of India in 1876. The fragrance is created with: Top notes of Lemon, Lime and Bergamot Heart notes of Petit Grain, Neroli and Citronella Base notes of Orange Flower and Clove Extra Glycerin is added to improve glide and comfort. Lather is created by the reaction of fatty acids with a base, in this case: Stearic, Mysteric, and Coconut Acids reacting with Sodium Hydroxide. Glycerin is a natural by-product of lather creation.
