There are many brands of adaptogens including the market. I like this brand because it’s gluten free, vegan and non GMO. There is no bad fillers. I personally have had good luck with these keeping me calmer while I take them. My anxiety does seem to lesson. Though I would recommend researching the side affects of all herbs and if your on any medication to check for reactions. I have a sensitive stomach and sometimes pills hurt, but there were gentle enough for me.

I tried this out for a little more than a month and I have not felt anything. Results might vary per person, I weigh 230lbs so maybe this could be why. I live sedentary but I do lots of chores and yard work. More actual exercise? Maybe if I take them for a longer period, it might have some good effects. Most of these types of products has to be taken for months to actually do some good. Ingredients are simple. Has 7 natural ingredients and they’re caps are vegetarian and plant fiber capsules. I've been taking these for about 2 weeks now and have noticed a slight boost in my mood. I have also noticed I'm not as tired in the evenings as I used to be. I love that the ingredients are all natural things so I'm not confused on what I'm putting into my body. I was afraid there would be a bad smell when I opened the can but I was pleasantly surprised that there was no weird strong oder. It does have a slight taste but nothing awful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I was hoping to have this huge burst of energy but for me it didn't give me that, it just makes it to where I don't tire out as easily. I would recommend for people who have long days.
I've been taking Truwild Adaptogens for a couple weeks now and I seem to be noticing that I do have more energy; especially during workouts. I've been pretty sluggish this year with so many things going wrong and this may have been the little boost I needed. I take two capsules a day that are easy to swallow. Adaptogens are supposed to reduce stress, mood support, fatigue fighter, adrenal support, and hormone balancing. I will continue to take these and hopefully continue to see improvement in myself.
