This is a great training system. I bought this for travel when I can't go to my gym. There be is almost no limit to the number of exercises you can do with this. The kit comes with a DVD of exercises. When you sign up online, they give you access to even more videos. You can use the videos to learn how to do the motions of exercises, and you can exercise with the videos. They give you reasonable amounts of time to do different motions and then time to swap to a new motion's setup. Nothing that affects your ability to exercise in the least bit. One point I'd make though, is that I am using TRX a couple times a month (at least) with my professional trainer. This is serious gear. It allows you to start where you are able to perform, and then adjust to harder exercises easily as you get stronger. I've seen my trainer use it with other clients in ways I can't imagine doing the motion - I just don't have the strength yet. But I hope to get there. This can work all the major muscle groups. Arms, legs, core. The core gets a beating in most of the arm leg exercises, too. This is sturdy. The item is genuine. I verified the label with the company. There was some concern that it might be counterfeit. I asked because this didn't have the same kind of proof label the TRX I use at the gym has, but the company verified it for me. The box it comes in use sturdy and we use it when we travel in the car. When I pack it in my bag for air travel, I use the stuff sack. Would definitely buy again if this were stolen. Or my wife needed one for travel while I also traveled separately, etc. When we're together, one of us will use TRX while the other does body weight exercises on the floor. And then we switch off so we both get a good workout in.

I absolutely love TRX, it really elevates a work out. When I first started using I was sceptical, how can a piece of rope be any use but it is! As a beginner it’s easy to modify the simplicity of the exercise, there are plenty of ideas on the internet but great for bicep curls, push ups and other fancy exercises. Perfect safe to put over the door using a mechanism or even bolted to a ceiling. Works muscles in main group being trained as well as core!

As a former rower, I’m very familiar with TRX equipment: these suspension trainers are torturously effective, helping tone up shoulders and back muscles in a mere matter of days through a wide variety of exercises. The anchoring systems are quite safe, and as long as you anchor it to something stable, you should be all good to go! The bands are also quite lightweight for how sturdy they are, and the handles are padded for maximal cushioning during exercise. My one qualm with this set is that it’s usually $230 (though right now it’s down to around $173), which is a bit pricey, especially since I’m not sure how much people would actually use this at home as opposed to in a gym.

Love this easy to use all-in-one gym. Has a nice workout poster as well as the various straps. Customizable to adapt to any body type. Ultra compact and transportable. Before you buy make sure you have a mounting point that is stable, does not move, and supports your weight. If you choose to use a door or other mounts make sure you check to see if that area is strong enough to handle your weight. We use the GO when we travel. You can use it for strength training as well as maintaining your range of motion and flexibility. It's a high quality product and a very well thought out mini gym.

I also bought TRX Go for my grown sons, who need to stand up from the computer for a break sometimes. The unit is well thought out and well constructed, and easy to adjust. I appreciate the versatility, both where you can hang it, and the exercises you can do. In my opinion suspension is better than elastic bands for functional fitness and balance.
