Customer service was 6 star.My only dislike is the zip closure, it’s fiddly and just something to go wrong with the product in the long term. I’d far prefer buttons or press studs which just get resewn on if there’s a problem.

Just love everything about their products. They are so soft and very light! I bought a full set but different colours. I went to the shop to see the actual colours and fabrics. The staff was very friendly, helpful and patient with me being indecisive!! They will be my go to shop from now on for sure! Thank you!
I recently bought two sets of sheets and doonas. One from here and one from Sheridan. For similar priced items I felt the love so much more from the Sheet Society. I don’t necessarily prefer either PRODUCT - both are amazing and I LOVE the waffle doona we bought here - but the service, packaging and recognition just felt so much more special. And the fact that you don’t have to pre-wash this brand is so worth it. I would never buy anywhere else now just to save that hassle!!
Am in love with this quilt cover. It feels amazing, the quality is excellent and the postage was super fast. Being able to zip the bottom of a cover closed, without having to mess around with buttons- game changer! Will definitely be purchasing another cover.
After a bit of back and forth with my order, the extremely lovely staff helped me choose the best combo of checked sage sheets with the moss green cord quilt cover and pillows. I am so happy with them, the quality and look of the sheets is next level, love all the details (invisible zip closure on the quilt cover - yes please!) and the service has been fantastic. We absolutely love our quilt cover and pillowcases. I was a loyalist to another very well-known brand and only ever brought from them. However I had a bad experience with their customer service and their prices were starting to get so high. So we tried the Sheet Society and were very very pleasantly surprised with everything about this brand! How quickly it arrived, the minimal postage packaging, but mostly, the beautiful quality of the product. 100% recommend!!
Although I understand that colours are not exactly as they appear on the screen, the blue pillow cases I ordered were completely different shade of blue to what I was expecting. I then went and checked it again to see if it was just me and on 4 different screens it looked like the right shade but sadly it wasn't. Midnight blue is probably about 3 shades lighter than you would expect it to be.
Loved my sheets, but i noticed white streaking/powder appearing (comes from sheets that still have laundry soap in them). I don't touch my bed until im dry or 100% clean. tried to ask CS, no one wants to get back to me. Always left on seen on Instagram...Was really happy to get more (I even sent them a photo), but this customer service experience is throwing me off.
