The bag is nice but I ordered it with the initials and the initials came in the wrong order, not my mistake. The bag has a scratch where they placed the initials and some paint chipped off the surrounding metal. I called the store and they sent a new patch in the mail and apologized. I plan on taking it to the store to have them replace the patch for me. Disappointed because this is a nicer brand.

Overall satisfied. Would prefer slightly larger zip pocketing. Very well made and sharp looking. Shipping took longer than expected.

Really enjoying this backpack - it is very pretty; Tumi does make very pretty things. I like the size, especially for work: it's compact - since I rarely carry paperwork, and it's mainly my laptop, a Moleskine notebook, power supply, iPhones/iPad, everything fits nicely, and it's not very bulky. This backpack has forced me to carry less for work - I really don't need all of the stuff I used to carry (when I was a consultant, it was everything and the kitchen sink; now an operations executive, everything is on my laptop/iPhones/iPad). The only nit I have is that it just barely fits my 15" laptop - I have to finagle the top corners a bit to get it in the laptop slot, but, once it's in, it's fine. Product was excellent. Truly satisfied. Holds laptop and other items perfectly. Great for travelling and the color is the best.
I’ll start by saying I love my new bag and the how well it’s made, I gave a 4 - Star because it is a tad smaller than expected and could use a water bottle holder. But, again that’s just my opinion of things I’d like. The inner laptop compartment is nice and will hold smaller to medium sized laptops. TUMI never fails to offer such lovely products, and I can’t wait to get many years of use from my new bag!
Best part about this backpack is the fact that is stays on my luggage!! I hated the way my other backpacks slumped all over the luggage and did not sty connected!Otherwise, I like the space available. For a smaller bag, I can fit a lot of stuff into the main compartment.
