First introduced as the lightest layer in the Cheat Day set, this can be used over one of the other Sweet Dreams or Let Them Eat Cake or on its own. Although it is a light colour that appears white in the bottle, Sugar Rush is intended for use over a black foundation as seen in the photos. Turboshift paints are made with tiny glasslike flakes that act like millions of tiny prisms in the paint. Depending on the nature of the flakes, different colours are refracted or reflected in the light. In layman's terms, this means that the paint changes colour depending on the light under which you look at it and the angle at which you hold it to that light.
