U by kotex all nighter overnight ultra thin pads bigpak!, 28 count

So I unfortunately have hemorrhage issues with my cycle. Despite all efforts to use period underwear there are nights when none of them will hold up and I need a non-eco friendly option. This is it. I wish the company wasn’t so responsible for earth pollution, I really do! However, since I’m coming to the end of my journey with periods, I’m just going to stick with my system until it’s done. Hopefully my girls won’t need anything more than the washable options when they start having a period

This exact box shown above is absolute heaven! I recommend for anyone who has heavy periods and needs something secure! They are thin enough to remain comfortable during the day but absorb enough to make it through school/work with minimal changes. Also the 80% longer back makes this product even more useful since it actually covers where most pads avoid! Affordable price with pads that will get you through a cycle or two! Please use the picture attached as a reference for the one you want because the one I’m reviewing isn’t exact.

I have a pretty heavy flow at the start of My period And I am super uncomfortable and paranoid about sleeping with tampons in, so I always take out my tampon before bed and replace it with an overnight pad. I just feel a lot more comfortable. I don't worry about leaking through my tampon in the middle of the night. I don't worry about the tampon being there too long. I don't worry about leaks. These pretty much have me covered in the price. Really isn't all that bad for how many you get, especially when you can get them on sale!

Good but not great for night side sleepers

I’ve been using this pad for years and have been generally satisfied as it performs well during the day. However, nights have been difficult on heavy flow days. I don’t know if it’s the new pads design or changes in the material that haven’t been working for me lately this past year. Within the last three months, I have woken up in the middle of the night due to leaks. One month, I woke up to the sensation of blood running over my leg as I slept on my side. There was a large spot on my bed where it had been collecting as I slept. When I stood up, my whole front was soaked. When I went to the bathroom to clean up and shower, I noticed the pad in the back was empty and clean but the front was extremely heavy and soaked with blood. After showering and getting a new pair of underwear, I decided to reverse the pad to help protect me the remainder of the night. It worked well for the front but failed at the back. I should have doubled up on pads! The following month, a similar incident occurred with staining the bed. Today, January 31st, I was awakened to a similar sensation at 3:00 a.m. This time, however, I woke up before any blood made it to the bed. As I was rolling up the soaked pad, blood was coming out of the sides and dripped to the floor which was surprising to me since I have never experienced that before with any pads. I’m at a loss on what to do now at night to ensure there are no leaks. I don’t know if it’s happening because I’m a side sleeper and the blood tends to collect in the front and doesn’t travel backwards?! I would definitely recommend that the front is also made wider and longer to protect against leaks at night.

Good for light urine leakage too!

I have been using these daily for the last few months after I developed mild stress incontinence. I had been using a panty liner and I felt they were really inadequate. I usually only need to change once or sometimes twice a day, depending on my activity level. I normally use tampons for my period and these work well as backup for those days too. Only negative is they sometimes curl up on the edges and the little tabs don’t stick well to my underwear, but they work well.

I used to love—today I hate!

Have heavy flow that will suddenly “flood” in such a way it feels like I’m peeing. These pads used to save my clothes…until today. Flow started this morning, I’m using a new box and I’ve had to change my underwear 3 times already! The flood is not being absorbed at all, it’s rolling right off the pad…up and out the back and front! The pad is not sticking in place and one folded in the back. What did kotex change and WHY?? I went back to make sure it’s Kotex and not a knockoff look-alike I accidentally picked up—it’s the genuine article. I’m relieved I’m at home! If I were out and about I’d have to return home to change & wash clothes. At this point I’d be better off with grandma’s towels & belts to absorb menses flow. Kotex, PLEASE go back to original product!!

LOVE THE EXTRA HEAVY ALL NIGHTER OVERNIGHT PADS

I know it sounds weird, but here me out. As a guy, I tend to sweat and become very very uncomfortable, especially during the summer months here in the Midwest where its extremely hot and humid.I came home from work one day complaining about how uncomfortable and nasty I felt this spring, and my wife jokingly told me to change my pad. I thought about it and the next morning I literally took her seriously and tried one of her pads the and it worked very well to keep me dry almost all day on a single pad.I told her about it and she laughed at 1st and thought it was a little weird. I've been wearing these pads now during the day for almost an entire summer and they are amazing! Let just say I fell inlove with these pads after the first time wearing it. It's so soft, comfortable and superb absorbing quality with amazing coverage. If you have heavy periods and need granted protection. This is the best product for you. All my life I've hated wearing pads. But with this one. It's truly a pleasure. It's cotton like softness is truly appreciated. No more leaks at night. I can toss and turn without worry. This is my new go to period staple.

please change back
