I have been buying UAG cases for years, UAG is the first case I buy for every phone I get. This new clear pathfinder case is great and has been much improved from last year. Last year I had the black and gray pathfinder which I felt would get damaged or marked way too easily just by sliding the phone in and out of your pocket. This year I went with the new clear case which seems better and hasn’t had this issue. The magnet strength also seems to have been improved which I like. The only 2 reasons I’m not giving this case a perfect 5 stars is because first they should have added a button for the new action button. I have used these cases for my last 3 phones and I have never been let down. I work in construction where my phone would get dropped more than usual and these have protected the phone so well. Cannot recommend enough!

Love the color and design on back. Feels good in my hand. Makes my new phone feel thicker than my old one - case is at least 25% thicker than my old one. MagSafe works great.

I love the protection of the case and MagSafe connection. The MagSafe magnet is better than the other MagSafe magnets I have tried. I use a wallet and as hard as I shake the case the wallet will not come off. Only issue is with the lanyard connector. It was supposed to be made for the case, but with the connector on, the bottom of the case bows out a bit. I don't think it is a problem, but you can definitely notice it. If not for this one issue the case would get 5 instead of 4 stars

When I received the case, there were numerous minute scratches on the clear plastic parts. I suspect this is a generalizable problem with clear plastic cases. After using the case for a few days, more scratches and scuffs developed, and the case became covered in smudges. I eventually swapped out to a Monarch Pro case for my new phone, which is more scratch resistant and frankly just looks better.I will note that the MagSafe magnet works fine on both this case and the Monarch Pro case. Sorry. This case advertises use with wireless charging. This particular one did not perform as advertised. I contacted customer service to see if it had a manufacturing defect. They were less than helpful and wanted me to return it on my money with zero solution presented.
This is one glaring mistake. The new action button is all but unusable. Should have been handled like all the rest. if they fix that, this is the perfect case. but the omission is that bad guys, sorry.
The Plasma has been one of my favorite cases for years, fits great and looks amazing on my phone. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is that Apple switched from a silence switch to an action button, and while you can poke a finger down in the hole to reach the button, why not make it a push button on the case like the volume and power buttons instead?
Every year prior to this year I would always order a case a week from the phones release and I would get it before the phone is delivered. Not this time. I ordered my case on 12 September where the site stated that I would get it by 18 September and since it never arrived I had to purchase a different case. We are now on 25 September and my order has not been updated. I’ve contacted support only to have them forward my request to a team member for further assistance (still no reply). I’ve even utilized the chat function only to receive an email that states “Our team is still processing your supply drop! Stay tuned for a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Thank you for your patience!”
