It’s def an upgrade over our 6 Enterprise! It’s slightly smaller but the mounting plate still works. Strong signals and more responsive beam forming. Bandwidth and throughput seems the same though but this is only day one of deployment and too early to tell.

The U7-Pro was the first AP that I've had which made me check for new firmware on a daily basis, hoping it would fix my issues. Sometimes they would fix one thing only to break something else. Given that these APs have such good reviews, maybe my specific switches and client devices aren't the most compatible, but my experience with them has been pretty bad, far worse than Swisscom's IB4 + WLAN Box 3.In the end, I replaced them with a pair of TP-Link EAP773 which are perfectly stable, faster, and seem to have better range.

These things are great if you are a little more tech savvy and looking for a bit of control on your home network. I can see them being perfect for small businesses. Installation was easy with a POE switch and it was nice to have it just copy my SSID'S and settings from the one I already have. Price is quite good for Wi-fi 7. I don't have Ubiquity routers so it was nice that I could still install the management server and get extra functionality that way. I needed two to get full 6e/7 across a 4 bedroom home.

As of now it works great with my WiFi 6e devices and WiFi 7 after retrofitting PCs with cheap Intel BE200 cards.For home users gives more then much more expensive U6 Enterpreise.Speedtest from iPad Pro M2
there is performance degradation in comparison to U6-Pro. Would have expected an improvement or atleast similar performance. wifi gets dropped intermittently and just annoying.
