This is one of very few fanless 10G switches, for barely more than a 1G switch. Seems to work fine so far. If you don't already have a running 10G network to connect it to, you will need to use a 1000Base-T SFP to connect it to your existing infrastructure so you can set it up, in my case to manually set the speed of the uplink to a SFP (not SFP+) switch down to 1G otherwise it would not negotiate.
The USW-Aggregation does what it says on the box. It adopts quickly and easily and is easy to configure for your network. Easy to setup aggregate connections to your switches and servers too. The only issue anyone will have is the quirky nature of DAC with SFP and SFP+ gear. Out of the box, all the SFP+ ports are configured for Auto-Negotiation, but this will only auto-negotiate a 1G connection for Ethernet or Fibre SFP modules, not DAC cables. If you try to connect an SFP-only device to one of the USW-Aggregation SFP+ ports using a DAC cable, it will not link up until you manually configure that port on the USW-Aggregation to 1G Full-Duplex mode. This switch is the perfect method to begin a 10gb backbone build with Unbiquiti hardware. Good price and easy setup. I am using the Switch Aggregation as a top of rack switch as I build out my upgraded network. I have AT&T 1g asymetric fiber to the house and a Unify UDM SE. No issues, adopted easily, no problems with using DAC cables to my access switches. I would recommend.
Just plugged it in and UniFi found it, upgraded it, and had it working.It would be nice if it had some 10G BaseT ports, since 10GBaste T SFP+ modules seem to be iffy at best.Unifi really needs to add more available 10G switch types.

Amazing piece of kit. Connects to udm-pro at 10Gbps and then connects out to 3 switches via mixture of fibre and Cat6. Has high switching capability and despite pushing +500Gb of data through it daily, it hardly breaks a sweat.
It works great. Bear in mind that while you can use 10GBASE-T copper adapters, the switch can only handle up to 4 of them due to power and heat. Same with DAC cables. You can mix and match DAC and 10GBASE-T up to 4 total. Ports support 802.3ad/LAG/LACP so you can aggregate uplinks from the older G1 Unifi switches as well.All in all, it does what it says, it's passively cooled and pairs well with a Dream Machine Pro/SE.
