Excellent coverage of large home ( 300 m2) with 2 - U6 Mesh. I’m on a new Telstra ultra fast speed internet, download ~ 750 Mbps / upload ~ 45 Mbps. The speed from this Coca-cola size access point connected to Unify switch 8-150w is incredible. They are essentially U6 Pro with a different antenna radiation pattern ( horizontal ). IMO they are better than U6 Pro as they are mobile, therefore you can place them in different locations around the house as long as you have CAT 5e or CAT 6 cables running through your home in different locations. I’m not sure why they called them mesh as they are actually AP with LAN connectivity.

These little access points are discrete and get the job done you can sit them anywhere without being an eye sore. they do get pretty warm though.On a side note this wasn't a problem for me but, you do need unifi controller running on your network to set these devices up so make sure you know what your doing before you buy.

This access point is great -smaller than it looks in the online pictures. Easy to setup - plug, adopt, off to the races. Only downside is it gets a little on the warm side, but is very sleek. You can set it on a tabletop and it won’t look out of place, or mount it on the wall and it looks much nicer than the traditional AP’s. I’d recommend this to anyone.
Bought as a replacement for an outdoor unit that lightning fried. Two screws to install, plug it in, and adopt it in the console. It just works. We have great reception on the porch, deck and backyard now. Works well with my other access points. If the lightning gets this one, I'll definitely buy another.
The unit was easy to setup (same as other Unifi products), has a nice appearance, and served our customers well in indoor and outdoor environments. No complaints. Solid device.
