I have worn UGG Australia for decades. My first pair I bought 20 years ago that I still wear to this day. I have purchased countless pairs since then, as well as bedding, clothing, gloves, pet products and more. This brand is unmatched in totality. I've never experienced such quality and durability in shoes as well as all their products. It really is incredible. I have a King size comforter and matching set of pillows that I use EVERY DAY. My favorite thing.

Product received seemed fine, however, I needed to exchange the size. I like the comfort, fit, quality, warmth, and color of the boot. I have to mention that the sheepskin lining provides exceptional warmth, the cushion inside is good, and the boots are a great fit. I appreciate the beautiful color and vibrant design. However, I dislike durability and are mixed on value, and authenticity.

Purchased for my Dad, needed to exchange for a larger size which was very quick and customer service was excellent.Hard wearing sole, great for ducking outside and not having to change shoes. Husband's feet are frequently cold, even in our mild-ish winters in Dallas. He wanted to go up in size incase he wanted to wear socks, too. I think this short boot is easier to get on/off than the taller version but if you're inclined to be cold, you probably wouldn't mind the extra effort of the tall version. In our home, outdoor shoes come off at the door so these are house shoes for us. The quality of the lining will differ with every pair. I prefer the yellow tinted stiffer shearling not the flimsy stuff that seems it would tear out.The chestnut color used to be a deeper and more tinted, unlike the new brown which is not nearly as beautiful.
