Obsessed is an understatement! This portable speaker truly is so good. It’s pretty compact, and it has a loop so you can attach it to whatever you please. The sound quality is really clean and it gets pretty loud without any feedback. I had it on in one room of the house, and I could still hear it rooms away. It feels like you’re at the concert for whatever artist you’re playing. I took it in the bathroom with me to listen while I was showering. I didn’t dunk it in the water so I can’t fully attest to the “waterproof” claim, but it definitely can hang with the condensation. The UE mega boom is a fantastic portable speaker. The quality of sound for the size is excellent and I really loved that you could adjust the sound settings for it on the app too. It really does have a booming bass - something that's often lacking in portable speakers. Easy to set up and use

I've been using the Ultimate Ears Boom 4 for about a week now.It was easy to set up and use:- charged it for about 5 hours out the box with the USB-C cable that's provided- download the UE Boom app (you need to set up an account if you don't already have one)- set up via Bluetooth on your phone- start playing your musicNow, I don't have a Spotify or Amazon music account, so wasn't able to test that, but was able to stream my YouTube music easily it's set up as a Bluetooth speaker. The controls are on the top and all very self explanatory when you press the top it lights up so you can see the controls. It has an impressive charge time I had a good 5 hours out of it. before it needed charging which is done by lifting a little flap at the back and inserting the included micro charger. I am really impressed with this speaker, the design is simple and stylish, fitting into any style of home. The sound quality is great, with the standout feature being the spatial audio which really adds to the experience. It is certainly loud enough, I have not felt the need to use it over 50% volume as that is plenty for me. The battery is really long lasting and it's great that you are able to check what level of charge it has both on the speaker itself (by holding the plus and minus buttons) and in the Ultimate Ears Boom app.Set-up was absolutely seamless and was simply a press and hold to enter pairing mode and I was instantly able to connect my phone. Easy to connect and use straight away, with even greater functionality if you download the app. Given its name, I was worried that the bass might be too much for my personal taste. Thankfully the sound is well balanced, full, and can be adjusted to suit individual preference. I have previously owned a similar speaker from a well known brand that operates through a wi-fi network as well as bluetooth. I actually prefer the sound of this speaker, although the obvious disadvantage is that it only operates via bluetooth. It's Waterproof!

This speaker is waterproof! It has been living in the bathroom so far and has been rained on by an unruly shower. So nice to not have to worry about a speaker getting wet.I love the cylindrical shape of this speaker, making it appear softer and more interesting than all the square and rectangular ones. I have discovered that is also fits into a cup holder, which is handy for transit.I am not a very technical person but found setting this up really straightforward and simple to use. It has really helpful volume adjustment buttons on the front.
