I like this faucet. I really like the construction, the stainless steel and of course the price. I would give it 5 stars but it has a little rattle to it when used. I did not purchase the springs that would enable the auto shut off, maybe this would make a difference by keeping tension on the inner parts and keep them from rattling. I purchased two to try them out. I like them enough that I plan to purchase three more to complete my tapper set up, and I plan to order the springs and also the stout adapter!! I’ve bought a lot of faucets looking for for a good one without having to spend a ton of money (I have a total of ten taps). I would recommend this faucet.

I’m glad I finally gave up on my Perlicks. These faucets provide me a lot more convenience and confidence that I won’t have a leak. On top of that the nozzle is interchangeable with a variety of offerings, enabling me to pour nitro without having to replace the entire faucet. Finally, the service was incredible as I received the faucets two days before they were promised. Great job!

Plated shanks are pretty common, but i needed stainless steel for my application. These are fantastic for that. The shank isn't too long--which is handy for tight installations where the through-hole material isn't too thick. The plastic base ring is also removable in case you want a sleeker profile. Definitely recommend these!

I’ve had four of these in use for several years. My first tap was a Perlick, which still works great, but after buying Intertap as my second I liked it so much I bought 3 more as I expanded to five taps. That should say something,Nothing wrong with Perlick, great taps, but for same quality of construction, flow control and ease of disassembly I prefer Intertap w/ add-on options available and can also find them a lower price. MB had price reduced at times.
I received it earlier than expected! Exactly what I needed to build my keezer! Would buy from them again!
Works perfectly with a lot less leaking, dripping, and stickiness compared to a standard tap. I also appreciate the flexibility to switch out spouts for growler filling and the optional spring that I put in everyone one of my taps. Worth the investment.
These faucets drip from the middle by the handle. I've tried loose, tight, changing gaskets. Every time I think they are good they drip drip drip some more. Every time I think it's solved I wake up to a soaked drip tray.
Purchased one of these faucets, found it was far superior to Perlicks in more than one way. The first of course is the price, which is significant in reduction to the Perlick faucet, for the similar design...but that also was the second reason as well. The forward sealing function does what it sets out to do: stops drips! Sure, there will be the errant few drops just after finish, but it's top notch. Third and the more amazing part, it's scalability. With this faucet, I also purchased a stout faucet nozzle. To give you an idea of how important that is, imagine needing to buy a specific stout faucet, that can set you back $74.99 for the one faucet that does ONE thing! I now have a faucet which can be used like a regular faucet AND a stout faucet on the fly! I had previously used 2 forward sealing taps from the other "P"opular brand. and I really liked them...except that they often have quite a bit more than just a drip or 2 after a pour. like others have stated already, these intertap faucets truly only drip a couple 2 three times after the pour! they are built quite sturdy and look great in person. there is one negative that I have experienced, and that is that the "action" of pulling the handle is a bit rougher/harder than on my "P" branded faucets, so I hope that is not some indicator for a future issue. however, it is not nearly bad enough to even drop my rating down to a 4but for the wonderful price, looks, and operation...and I can't believe that I would ever say this...but these intertaps are the best thing ... MoreI had previously used 2 forward sealing taps from the other "P"opular brand. and I really liked them...except that they often have quite a bit more than just a drip or 2 after a pour. like others have stated already, these intertap faucets truly only drip a couple 2 three times after the pour! they are built quite sturdy and look great in person. there is one negative that I have experienced, and that is that the "action" of pulling the handle is a bit rougher/harder than on my "P" branded faucets, so I hope that is not some indicator for a future issue. however, it is not nearly bad enough to even drop my rating down to a 4but for the wonderful price, looks, and operation...and I can't believe that I would ever say this...but these intertaps are the best thing out there! now if only I can catch the add-ons in stock, I know I really am quite interested in the growler filler at the very least.
first thing first. clean the crap out of these before throwing them into use. i initially performed a hot soak in 180+ water and put them into use. we have a brewery tap room and the head had giant bubbles and there was no head retention whatsoever. i pride the fact we have very stable head and lacing and the beers didn't. the next morning i completely tore down each faucet and soaked in hot caustic and then scrubbed each part thoroughly and then rinsed thoroughly and reassembled. all is better now.so far so good. i am interested to see how these hold up against our perlicks. quite a bit cheaper but way more parts in each faucet compared to a perlick.
