I tend to be between a small and a medium. The small fit perfectly. I have a small waist/big hips so often the waist on pants/leggings is too big, but not with these. There is a tiny bit of slip when I run, but nothing bothersome. Great thickness for a fall/spring run.

Finally, a pair of pants that has a drawstring, pocket, back of leg vents, and isn’t too tight. These are my go to for weight lifting. The fabric is a little weird (very slippery feeling), but after wearing them a few times they have gotten more comfortable. These stay in place when I’m doing squats, etc. They are breathable and keep me cool.
Lovely fit, on offer so great value for money, love the pockets, first pair of leggings I've used pockets for my phone and gym pass! The air holes behind the knees are great for air circulation to keep you going when it's hot.
I bought these for running, they do stay in place well without the use of the drawstrings--which I am not a fan of the drawstrings--and the material is just stretchy enough.I got the size medium, even though according to the UA size chart I'm a large. (waist 32in, hips 42in).
These are fantastic. Super comfortable. Great for running errands or working out. Highly recommend.
Like another reviewer wrote, I don’t understand the sizing. The waistband is not stretchy and there’s no way to get the pants up over my knees let alone my hips. Also the draw cord doesn’t even have a way to tighten it, it’s a continuous loop not a string you can tie up. Just an awful product.
I purchased a medium size based on sizing description here, and another pair of medium UA leggings I already have. These were much too small on my 5’4” athletic frame. I suggest trying at least one size larger than a usual size. Had they fit, I would have been wearing them for general athletic activity. Thanks to my Altitude Sports membership, and AS’s super return policy, I was able to try these without risk.
Upon receiving this ankle tight, I was very surprised at how small it appeared. I even ordered up to medium figuring that would be more comfortable. I can't get the tight beyond my knee caps?? The tight looks as if it was made for an 11 or 12 yr old girl. I will end up giving this as a gift to my granddaughter bc I cannot use them and instead of returning them she will have an extra present. Come on UA you can do better than that!
