Might work for you, didn't work for me. The waist band is very tall and much tighter than other UA shorts. The Vanish Elite 6" short first me perfectly in large, but this short in a large was very tight.

I bought these shorts for an upcoming race, specifically for the rear speedpocket feature. The shorts are comfortable, however during a long run the liner has a tendency to ride up a bit I have not had any chaffing issues however. I like the feel of the fabric, and they are nice and cool to run in. The speedpocket is a little hard to get an iPhone 13 in while it is in an OtterBox, but is secure when you do.

I bought these because the style I like are sold out. Wanted shorts for coaching, walks, and to wear around the house. The liner in these really is not for me. It fits like I’m wearing briefs. Gonna send them back.

This short is made of light weight material with both quality and durability. They are not baggy nor tight and have a style and cut that is above other shorts. My onl knock is it fits a bit small in the waist band. The wide waste band helps to offset the fit.
Order 1-2 sizes up. These are nowhere close to the normal sizing convention that I have with other UA shorts. I understand they are "Fitted" but this is near compression and does not match the visual example where there is breathing room around the leg for dynamic movements. I only bought these because they were half off.
I ordered a pair of large shorts and medium shirt. Seems to be a bit small or down one size. These are my sizes in all other brands. Just did not feel like repacking and sending back. Lesson learned as this was my first order with UA
The Under Armour Men's UA Launch Elite 7" Shorts are made of high quality, and the hidden pocket in the back for cellphones or keys would work. However, while I usually fit in XL these were much tighter than expected, and I was not able to keep them.
Mobile phone pocket on the back above the butt is handy for running, but still need side pockets for everyday wearing. Reaching for the non existent side pockets drove me mad! Other than that, good material, good fit, breathable, stretchy.
Wear 33 and ordered LG. Super excited when they arrived. Great colors and quality, but….I’ll send the other two back, but cut the tags b4 tried em on. Nephew will love em. Wish they fit
These shorts are a pleasure to run in, lightweight, sleek, soft and at a good price. Not too sure about the 'Speedpocket' feature. I'd rather have a zip pocket as I'm always worried that my mobile is going to fall out. Hasn't happened yet though.
