This shirt is small on my husband, but don't let that stop you from purchasing as I highly recommend. Hubby & I are seniors and "not fit" physically, therefore, the shirt probably would be OK. I was in washing machine & air dry. He still likes it and wears it. Also the material is such that it's very cool on extremely hot FL days.

Being a physical educator, charged cotton T's have been my go-to equipment when it comes to excellent fit and all-day comfort.BUT this current generation has somewhat mucked up the usual winning formula for me. I have at least a dozen previous gen charged cotton shirts in various designs so I can tell the material has changed somewhat. This version clings a bit more than it should around the arms and pits, feels more 'poly' than 'cotton' and the worst bit? They retain odours... UA, please give me the charged cotton that I know and love.

This is a great light weight tshirt for running in. I'm between a 12 and a 14 and got the large. It's a nice fit, not too tight but not really loose either. This tshirt is fluorescent though, not like the pictures. Really really bright, you won't be missed wearing it!
