The plate at the bottom of the show stabilize me in my heavy lifting and the way the ankle support gives me the agility to move in all directions with no ankle roll is Awesome! Highly recommended this to anyone but runners. And runners, if you bought this shoe and are complaining about it not being a good running shoe then go back and read the description of the shoe this time!

I bought these shoes to treat myself. They are my 4th pair of Under Armor shoes for working out. I retired my Hovrs for cardio and still have a Tri-base pair for strength training. This is by far my favorite pair of cross trainers ever. The cushion is great. The bottoms grip well when landing yet I can pivot easily. The biggest difference I noticed from my first wearing was how perfect my form felt during squats. Something about the way these shoes are designed supports both my heels and knee alignment. I can sit deep and not feel off balance. So happy I splurged on these!
This shoe is amazing and I would expect nothing less if the Rock was involved in its design. Holds you steady like magnets to the floor and I’m not sure if it’s the confidence it gives you but you easily up your weight game on leg day ❤
