I bought this nailer primarily to install timber panel ceilings. It did the job very well but I am not as young as i used to be and the weight of the unit makes it difficult to carry on a belt. I appreciate the advantages over a pneumatic nailer and the fact that the compressor is in effect "built in" but the weight is the only real disadvantage over the pneumatic. The battery lasts a long time - I tend to stop every two or three hours so recharging for an hour or so was easy. The unit is robust and easy touse notwithstanding my overhead requirement. Overall I am happy I bought this unit - no more setting up or transporting a compressor and tube!

Works ok, only issue is with the safety tip being hard to push in to activate and the plastic nib is to slippery, causing me to slip & miss my desired target. Also the safety sits slightly further than expected from the nail point itself causing poor alignment shots until I realised the problem.
I bought this over 12 months ago and have used it on a number of jobs. Battery life is good and the nailer is very robust and easy to use. I have accidentally dropped it onto concrete a few times and absolutely no damage at all. This is not for framing houses or for firing 2 inch nails. It is a brad nailer, so only fires fine brads. It does this extremely effectively. I have fired 50mm brads through AC sheet into 40 year old hardwood and the brads finished just below the surface. I have never had a jam, and it just does what it is designed to do. I am super impressed with performance and the build quality. I find myself picking this up often to hold timber together for glue ups, nailing architrave and skirting board etc. It is a little heavy, but I have used ... MoreI bought this over 12 months ago and have used it on a number of jobs. I am the wrong side of 50, to put that into perspective. Really glad I bought this and would definitely recommend.
Nails dont fire all the way in. Even set at maximum. Had to pull at least 7 of 14 nails. Kept slipping and hard to push down to get nails close. I was doing door frames that were pine shooting into tongue and groove. Tried to hammer but pins would go and bent. Its a bit hit and miss. Very frustrating most times. Gun got stuck on nails half way in and could get off without force. For the price and electric its not so good. Really disappointed tone honest.
Been exceptionally good so far. Have only used it for a small project but was easy to use and performed above expectation. If needed I would buy another one.
Good nailer for the handy man. Definately not trade quality. Seems to work well enough. Battery seems small but does run threw several mags of nails before needing recharging. Will fire 50mm brads into pine easily but 38mm is about the limit for hardwood.
Fantastic does the job, no air pressure tanks, no electric chords. So portable. and a quality battery and charger. Simple to load in nails, also with alarms before you run out. A little heavy for some folk, but with all the benefits your miles in front,
works well as a stapler but does not drive 50 mm nails deep enough even with full adjustment. Also annoying not having a quick release to remove jammed nails
